We chose Christina and The Sweet Alley because she offered unique flavours that we thought our guests would love. We went for a tasting at her home bakery and we were very impressed! The flavours did not taste artificial, the batter was moist, and the presentation was very appealing. We even brought some home for my parents to try (dad is a baker) and he really loved the pistachio flavour. We ended up choosing the Lilikoi for our main cake and some cupcakes, as well as the pistachio and brazo de mercedes for the rest of our cupcakes. We showed her how we wanted our cake to look like and it was beautiful. When it came down to dessert time and we announced the flavours of the cupcakes, our guests did not hesitate to grab them for themselves and they were all gone within minutes! They had nothing but good things to say about cupcakes and our only regret was not ordering more. Christina is an amazing baker and we really hope that she's able to open a store front soon :)

I cannot recommend Christina enough! Not only was our wedding cake a work of art, it tasted delicious! I had a vision in mind and Christina not only made it come true, she made it better than I could have ever imagined. You won't be disappointed with her services :)
