As a person who practices a vegan lifestyle, I know better than anyone how difficult it is to find a wedding cake designer familiar with creating delicious-tasting, modern vegan cakes. I also know how frustrating it can be to work with a cake designer who may not understand the importance of our lifestyle choices.
