Chef David has competed on the world stage, winning gold and silver medals representing Culinary Team Canada and Culinary Team Alberta. He is skilled in countless cuisines, not only Italian. Cacio e Pepe is the choice for discerning couples who want their guests to be wowed and to talk about their wedding dinner for years.
Chef David can work with budgets provided by couples and, after consulting with them in a one-on-one meeting, can develop menus with various options. Once the couple makes their choices a tasting is provided. We offer all service levels from drop-offs to full service, plated & buffet, bartending, etc.
