Please Meet Desiree. She is an excellent supervisor and has a great time working hard at events. She is able to stay calm, cool and collected and she navagates the various needs for each unique event. Like the chef, she enjoys being part of all areas of catering, including menu ceration, cooking and prep, as well as managing our lovely team or servers.
