Karima and Event Depot were late additions to my vendor team; I planned my own wedding and made most of the decor myself, but as the big day approached, I realized that the day-of schedule was not going to leave me any time to actually get married! I asked for referrals from my hired vendors, and Event Depot was given to me as a contact.

Karima treats everyone like family, she is there for you!! She has seen it all and done it all, and nothing fazes her; her goal is to take your vision and ensure that it makes it into reality. She worked with us to refine our plan, helped us add details that were crucial by asking the right questions, and kept everyone on schedule during the day of.

She also has a huge contact network; we were still on the hunt for a videographer and a wedding officiant, and she was able to connect us with solutions for both.

The decor was dropped off, and Karima ensured that all the bits and pieces and moving parts ended up where they needed to be. When I came back to the hall after it was finished, it looked just as I had hoped it would: warm, intimate, and festively fragrant from all the fresh greens we used!

She also kept our HUGE wedding processional organized (almost 25 people!), ensured everyone knew exactly where they needed to be, and kept everyone’s nerves (including mine) to a minimum by ensuring solutions were found for any dilemma.

After the ceremony, she worked with our MC to move the evening forward through dinner to the speeches to the party!

Tear-down went pretty well as any does, we were tired, Karima tried to send us home, but we wanted to be sure she got home at a decent hour too, so we worked together and were all able to leave with warm feelings and happy memories.
