I had read countless reviews on the amazing catering they do but was amazed to see it in action. Food came out quick and tasted better than when we sampled menu ( chicken and beef), staff were friendly and i was so happy to have them at my wedding.
Bacon wrapped dates are a must... never in a million years thought I would like them but they were my favorite food of the evening... and they serve an amazing cheesecake.

First, let me just say that people are STILL talking about the food at our wedding. They have said that it's the best wedding food they've ever had, and these are not easy to please people!
From start to finish, Gilt was full of personality and professionalism. They take their work very seriously while adding their own personality and joy into it. They're hilarious, kind, warm and inviting. I would literally have them cater all my events if I could.
A few things that stood out to me: when my husband and I went off.to do pictures at cocktail hour, Jenny had set aside a plate of food for both of us. If someone didn't show, they made the food and gave us the extras. Through the whole planning process, Jenny responded so quickly to us, she answered all of our questions and helped us navigate the menu and our choices.
On top of their regular duties, they all went above and beyond in their set up, their presentation and just being great humans, overall. I would 10000% book them again and recommend them to anyone. You'd seriously be doing yourself and your guests a disservice if you don't book with them -

Best caterer ever!! After highly rated reviews, word of mouth and our exceptional food tasting experience, we knew we picked the very best. With all that said, they still managed to absolutely exceed our expectations on our big day. Not only were my husband and I more than pleased with their food and services, but our guests were completely amazed and raved about how it was some of the best food they’ve not only had at a wedding, but in general! It’s no surprise why they are the best in the industry. We would pick Gilt every time over and they were such a key piece in making our day as perfect as it was! -

Gilt Catering did the food and bar service for our wedding earlier this month and did an amazing job! I’m generally critical of food at weddings and we really wanted to get food right at our wedding. We had eaten at Gilt when it was a restaurant years ago and really enjoyed it, which helped us make our decision. Our first interactions with Gilt really inspired confidence that we were in good hands - they handled all of our detailed questions well and were adaptable. If you stray off the standard packages, customizations that are more substantial do tend to cost you more, which is expected, but is reasonable for the additional service offered and Gilt was willing to try basically anything out with those provisions.
We got paired with Jenny, who was our food coordinator, and did an excellent job. She kept in touch with us throughout, and had a few check-in meetings with us where we systematically walked through everything we needed in terms of catering. It was really comforting given food is a huge part of weddings (both in terms of the cost share of a wedding and how much people remember and experience it), and it let us focus our mental efforts on other parts of the wedding while they took care of the food and bar planning. Because of all the steps required in planning meals, it pushed us to really think through our schedule for the rest of the reception and ceremony as well, which we really valued.
We picked some of the add-ons on top of the standard packages to fit our energy and preferences, all of which went quite well. Of note was the sangria bar, which was a *huge* hit. We kind of picked it for ourselves and figured some people might have some but everyone loved it and mentioned to us after how much they enjoyed it :)
As other reviews have pointed out, the food is great and many people unprompted told us how much they enjoyed the apps and meals. You are not going to be stuck with a tasteless banquet plate here. Gilt (and the broader Stella team) has grown into their own multifaceted wedding juggernaut in the last few years, and it’s clear why - they have a very good understanding of all the parts that go into the wedding, and wedding food in particular. Highly recommended! -

My husband and I had Gilt cater our wedding this week and we cannot say enough good things about them.
From the very first time we contacted them, the team was professional, accomodating and so easy to work with. They truly know the meaning of customer service. During the planning process, Jenny and Sophia were assigned to be our catering coordinators and they made sure every detail was absolutely perfect. They both took the time to ensure they understood our vision for the day. We were getting married at a family residence, and Jenny took the time to come out to our venue to see the space and plan accordingly.
And the food... oh my gosh! WOW! We have been flooded with messages from our friends and family raving about how good the food was. They have all said it's the best wedding food they've ever had. I enjoyed every single bite! Throughtout the reception everyone was making sure that we had eaten, and I assured them we were NOT wasting any of this incredible food.
For anyone concerned about allergies or dietary restrictions - Gilt did an incredible job accomodating everyone. I had full confidence in the team's attention to detail when it came to severe food allergies. I saw the servers during cocktail hour specifically finding our celiac/gluten free friends (by name) to make sure they were able to enjoy the canapes as well. The food prepared for people with allergies/dietary restrictions was clearly not an after thought - they curated incredible options to ensure everyone felt included. The vegan Thai Green Curry had our friends raving!
My husband and I said to each other numerous time how happy we were that we chose Gilt.They are WELL worth it! I can't say enough good things about the food, service and company overall. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! ❤️ -

We always felt like wedding food was hit or miss. Gilt Catering left our guests raving about the food. We got brunch for the morning and we are still thinking about the blueberry scones. The passed canapes were amazing (get the chicken and waffles and the flank steak). The Rum Punch slapped. The pizza and shawarma stations were to die for and crepes for dessert. Amazing. We also had the chicken tacos which were heavenly. Such amazing food. Even accommodating with a separate celiac station for out celiac guests and a dairy free pizza for the bride -

We used Gilt for our September 2023 wedding and we loved their food! The choices are great and a fun mix of traditional and unique! Guests loved their meals and everyone left satisfied! They also did a wonderful job of accommodating our guests with dietary restrictions. Bar service was quick, friendly, and well stocked!
Everything was seamless and we would definitely recommend Gilt! -

Catering & Day Of Coordination
We got married a week ago at Storehouse 408 and had Gilt Catering provided the catering elements and we also had Jenny as our day of coordinator. It was the best decision we could have made. The entire planning process was incredibly detailed and organized. The food is phenomenal and our family and friends have been complimenting it all week long. One element of our wedding we wanted to be noteworthy was the food, and we are so so happy we went with Gilt. We are also so happy we had Jenny as our day-of-coordinator. She truly asked all the questions to get a clear understanding of our vision. When we walked into the venue my jaw dropped. She did an incredible job with all of the decor setup and all of the day of details. All day long she was so attentive, checking in with us and making sure my husband and I wanted for nothing. If your getting married and contemplating the Stella Co Day Of Coordination - DO IT. It was the absolute best decision, i knew very early on that on the day of our wedding i truly wanted to just enjoy the day and be present, because you only do this once so having Jenny truly truly allowed us to do that. They will execute your vision and allow you to appreciate it without the stress. Jenny thank you for everything you did for us throughout the day and the entire planning process. Our day was literally a dream thanks to Jenny and the entire Gilt Catering team! -
