The homemade focaccia was a standout; a true crowd-pleaser that set the tone for the entire evening. It’s hard to believe that such incredible dishes came from our own kitchen, not a professional one!
Adam and his team also made dietary accommodations seamless. They took great care to ensure that everyone felt included, and you'd never know which dishes were specially crafted for those with restrictions. Every plate was a work of art, and the flavors were out of this world incredible.
