Minimum Spend - $1500 before tax & service charges (does not include event rentals, licensing, & delivery or pickup fees)

• Consultation & Management Fee - starting at $200
• Bartenders @ $50/hour (minimum 5 hours per staff)
• Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package - starting at $3/person
  • includes coke, diet coke, sprite, ginger ale, club soda, tonic, lemons, limes, oranges, simple syrup, aromatic bitters
  • +$1/person to substitute San Pellegrino Sparkling Water for club soda
• Ice - $1/pound (includes coolers & ice caddy's)
• Cocktail Mixers - starting at $4/serving (not including alcohol)
• Cocktails - starting at $10/cocktail (including alcohol)
