Owned by Leanne Wiens, LJW Catering is a unique and non-traditional catering business located in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The team personally works with clients to create a menu that perfectly complements their taste and preferences. Ingredients used are extremely fresh and in season and are bought from local vendors.

Cuisine

Couples have the option to select a minimum three-course meal from the company’s cuisine menu. Leanne makes all items from scratch and is able to accommodate any dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, kosher, lactose, free, no pork, nut-free, organic, and so on. Some of the dishes include meat lasagna, toss green salad, cucumber rounds, braised chicken, and much more. Different styles of cuisines are offered by the business, including:

Other services

We have a private dining room available for rent, to host up to 24 comfortably, plated, family-style or buffet meals whether it be a corporate luncheon, corporate dinner, dress-rehearsal dinner, birthday, anniversary or whatever the occasion is. Our team can also cater your dinner parties, offer cooking demos and cooking lessons in clients' homes or at our 1500 square foot commercial class 4 kitchen. Catering services for corporate parties and other special events are also available.
