Leah was patient, professional, and extremely knowledgable about arranging weddings. From start to finish, she managed all our changes efficiently and had excellent suggestions about what alternate things could be done to make my daughter’s wedding exceptional.
Louis Gervais prepared our sampling meal, which was delicious. It was beautifully executed on the night of the wedding. The staff that came to serve at the wedding, were efficient and pleasant. They even gave the bride and groom a little plate of all the different appetizers so that they had something to eat. Thank you for making my daughter’s wedding so memorable.

Louis Gervais catered my wedding an did an absolutely fantastic job. I had a specific dish I wanted made that was not on their menu and they made a delicious version just for us. (Truffle pasta - HIGHLY recommend). We had MULTIPLE guests tell us it was the best wedding food they ever had. For our cocktail hour we did a massive charcuterie and cheese board and it was PHENOMENAL. We did a dessert buffet instead of cake and everything Louis created was just awesome. I can't say enough good things. The staff was friendly and professional with lots of attention to details. My only regret is not eating more of the food! I was so busy on the day. On top of everything being spectacular - their prices were incredibly reasonable compared to other caterers for food that was better than what other caterers were offering. Can not recommend Louis and his team enough for your big day.

Louis Gervais catered our daughter's wedding on November 4, 2023 and we received many compliments on the food. Some said it was the best tasting food that they have ever had at a wedding.
We agreed. The appetizers and buffet dinner were very flavourful.

Where to start?
Louis and his team transformed what started as a dusty clearing in the woods into a hauntingly beautiful wedding venue straight from a fairytale.
Rustically elegant tables were set up under a white marquee tent filled with candles and twinkle lights. Every bite of the four course familia style feast was delicious, from the garlic buttered artichokes to the perfectly cooked beef tenderloin and root vegetables. A dark chocolate fountain with all the fixings was a fun substitute to a wedding cake, and even though it was a (very) last minute request, they happily took on the challenge of tracking one down and seamlessly working it into our evening.
After dinner we moved out of the tent where the dance floor and DJ were set up under the stars, and the staff had everything left on the tables cleaned up by the time I went in for more chocolate!
Louis, Kelly, Marnie and the rest of the staff made it possible for my husband and I to enjoy, not only our wedding night, but the weeks leading up to it almost completely stress free.
