  One of our best wedding vendors!

  We loved working with Niagara Gourmet for our wedding! Chef Ryan was friendly, responsive, and super flexible about working at an unusual location. His staff were universally amazing, and our guests raved about the food (especially the paella.). We were also delighted by the ethics of the company. We wholeheartedly recommend Niagara Gourmet!

  Excellent Food and Service

  Chef Ryan and his team did a fantastic job of catering our wedding! During the planning process Ryan was readily available and really listened to what we wanted. On the day of Ryan and his staff took great care of our guests and us. The food was delicious! Guests loved the tacos and giant paella!

  Delicious!

  Everything turned out great and was delicious! Chef Ryan was so easy to work with and always very responsive and accommodating to any requests we had. We had so many compliments from our guests about how good the food was and I couldn't agree more! His staff were also amazing and the bartender did a fantastic job as well. Could tell everyone was experienced and knew what they were doing. Our guests with special dietary restrictions and allergies were especially impressed that the staff came over and went over the menu to make sure everything met their needs. Still dreaming about those late night tacos! Would highly recommend!

  Excellent service from beginning to end!

  Chef Ryan and his team were amazing to deal with. Ryan is clearly no new to this and it absolutely shows! From the first consultation to the final product, Ryan answered any questions we had and was flexible with the dietary restrictions (due to allergies). It may be a little nerve wracking making such an important decision for such a momentous occasion without first tasting the food, but let me assure you - all of the food was delicious! I think the testament to that was how little we had left over at the end of the night! I wouldn't hesitate hiring him and his staff again - in a heart beat!

  Niagara Gourmet was the perfect wedding choice!!!

  Chef Ryan Bridges and his team are awesome! I booked very close to the event and Niagara Gourmet could not have been more helpful coming to our lake side home several times. From planning the food, to ordering tents and all supplies, to helping with the property layout, Ryan was the consummate professional. Everything about the reception was flawless with an amazing attention to detail. The food was wonderful and received rave reviews from our guests. It was a very special evening for me and my new husband. Chef Ryan was a major factor in making that happen. We could not recommend Niagara Gourmet more highly.

  It is very difficult to write this review because there's two parts to this company; Ryan (the Chef) and David (not sure of his title, I think he is the owner).
  The day of the wedding, everything went so smooth and so wonderful, the food was amazing. Still hearing from guests that it was the best food they've had at a wedding. He was very professional and friendly. The food went out in time and looked great! He even kept running around looking for us while taking pictures to make sure we got Hors D'oeuvres.
  
  I cannot say my experience with David was the same, I found him very unorganized (would not pull up our event info before talking to me so he even forgot our event was outdoors, he kept forgetting a lot of things we would discuss and then saying "I don't remember that" even though it was in writing or many many things like that) He sometimes took very long to reply and when he did, he never answered all of the questions, almost as if he was in a rush and didn't even read the whole message and his answers were so vague they were almost rude. This may not be a huge deal to many but for someone who had to plan the whole thing, dealing with unorganized vendors can make your planning 50 times more stressful than it already is. It may not be a big deal for him but If I had to go through dealing with David again, I would not hire Niagara Gourmet.
  
  But again, at the end, I am happy it was Ryan there the day of and he did an amazing job! If it was not for him, I don't think this place would be the same.

  Niagara Gormet provided a delicious 3-course meal, experienced bartender and waiting staff, as well as a chef who oversaw our cocktails, hors d'euvres and sit-down luncheon for 60 guests at our recent wedding. They were flexible in making last minute changes and the service was professional, friendly and catered to our guests and ourselves, as bride and groom. We received many compliments from our guests and no complaints. The chef used the red wine that we were serving ojr guests with the sirloin steak in a baco noir red wine reduction. Delicious and cooked to perfection. We would definietly use Niagara Gormet again in the future.

  I cannot say enough about how fantastic our experience was with Niagara Gourmet. David went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went perfectly and was exactly what we wanted. The food was amazing and the cooks and servers provided such incredible service on our day. I am so grateful to the entire Niagara Gourmet team for making our day so special.

The meal presentation was excellent and we are still receiving compliments from our guests on each of the meals served as well as the appetizers served at cocktail hours. As a bride having the open line of communication with David took all my worries away, he always emailed me back in a timely manner, and answered all of my questions and concerns. The day of I was completely at ease and my expectations were exceed. Very impressed and beyond satisfied with the service we received. Thank-you to David and all the staff at Niagara Gourmet!
