At Nomad Gourmet, they slow-smoke all their meats and craft health-conscious dishes made from scratch. The result is a restaurant-quality rotating menu that can be designed in a number of ways for your special day. The Food Mingle is a buffet-style option that includes a mouth-watering set of sides like potato salad, mac ‘n’ cheese, ancient grain salad, and more. This can be paired with plates of anything from lamb or dirty piggy burgers to pork tacos. Breakfast options can also be arranged, as can made-to-order options straight from the food truck, with sample trays allowing guests to try before they order.
