Top Notch Food, Service and Felxiblity
We would hire Fusion Intrusion again in a heart beat for any event. The food was amazing, the value was incredible, the table service was to notch - not complaints at all.

A must hire !
We had our wedding this past summer and the palatable team did a great job start to finish. The food was excellent we absolutely loved the scallops and bacon as a canapé, the Mac n cheese was amazing and of course the roast beef with all the fixings were 10/10!. We thought they were priced quite fairly to others we talked too. Would definitely recommend !

Wonderful experience with Fusion Intrusion
We were so pleased with the catering services we received from Chef James and his team. The food was outstanding, and they were very friendly and easy to work with.
