Rajapaksa Catering is an Olds-based company that specializes in complete catering services for weddings and other special events. Samath "Sam" and Lieke Rajapaksa are the husband-and-wife team of caterers running this company. Sam is the head chef who is Red Seal Certified and has more than 15 years of experience in the culinary world.

Meet the team
Sam, the chef, is Red Seal Certified with 20+ years of culinary experience. He has been involved with many local Farm to Table dining experiences partnering with Season & Supply and has a true passion for thinking outside of the box when it comes to plating and menu planning.
Lieke holds a Bachelor of Management degree and has a career in banking. While Sam is the master in the kitchen, Lieke is the one that masters all the behind the scenes tasks that keep our family and business going.
Geertje helps the RC Eats Team run behind the scenes! From keeping up with our social media channels, to answering emails, she helps our customers get from A to Z, and keeps us organized.
