Rob and team did SUCH a fantastic job with our wedding (and subsequent other events) that we ended up hiring him for so many other life events. My husband's family is VERY picky with food and are never really happy with wedding food... they absolutely RAVED about everything they Red Seal Served. In fact, they STILL talk about it to this day. Rob and his team were so great to work with every step of the way! Rob was flexible with our menu, and took great care in food preparation for our guests with allergies. Rob consistently had fast response time to our phone calls and emails, and his personality is so welcoming and fun. The tasting was a lovely and relaxed experience, and food portions were very generous. You can tell that Rob is passionate about his work. Our guests absolutely loved the food! The chicken and potato salad were big hits at dinner, and the late night mac and cheese station was perfection. We had dinner served family style, and each dish was plated attractively and served in a timely manner. Rob also provided helpful and accurate information as to how long each part of the dinner service would take, which helped with developing our timeline for the day. I would recommend Red Seal Dining highly for their impeccable services!

We can not say enough good things about Rob and Red Seal Dining. Rob was easy to work with and very accommodating to all of the dietary requests we had. His food was delicious and got rave reviews from our guests. Our venue was not equipped with a full kitchen, but Rob was able to bring his mobile setup and deliver a five star meal regardless. We HIGHLY recommend his meatball sliders with homemade brioche buns! Everything was delicious, thanks again Rob!

We didn't make it easy for rob and his team with a number of very different menu items. We did a buffet with at least 6 different sendehichea and 6 different appitizers. People loved it. We also had macaroni and cheese which was a huge crowd pleaser.
Rob was very professional and worked in a tough environment with his portable kitchen for our acreage tent wedding. Not a single complaint.

Rob and his team did such an amazing job for our wedding. When we initially started planning our rescheduled wedding we needed a caterer. Our wedding planner suggested Rob and he made it so easy to work with him. We had originally planned on having a cocktail style reception with no seated meal and just passed appetizers. Rob had no problem accommodating this and gave us so many great ideas for passed hors d’oeuvres. Since the restrictions for covid made it impossible to have a cocktail reception we worked with Rob to recreate our wedding menu and he made it so painless. Rob has no problems changing things up to be a served buffet style and still including some appies for cocktail hour. Once we actually arrived at our wedding reception we learned that they had changed their minds and were going to do a passed meal. This was so seamless and was actually so amazing as no one had to stand in line for their food. Our wedding planner had told us how amazing Rob’s creme brûlée’s was, so we had added this to our menu even though we were also serving cake. Everyone was raving all evening about how amazing the creme brûlée’s was. We were so impressed with the food and received many compliments from our guests. We will be recommending Rob to everyone we know for their catering needs.

Rob and his team are the absolute best! They took care of everything from serving, cooking and bartending and our guests LOVED IT! We were getting text messages while we were doing photos about how good the appetizers were! We also had A LOT of dietary concerns and Rob took care of everything! Seriously, best decision ever.

I cannot give Red Seal Dining enough praise for how AMAZING our meal was at our wedding. Rob was spectacular to deal with to plan our meal, giving multiple options at different price points with different appetizers, type of meal (buffet or plated) and customized the meal to exactly what we liked. The food was delicious and almost every single one of my guests has made a point of telling me how good it was since our wedding. The ceremony was delayed due to weather and Rob was extremely accommodating moving appetizers up and delaying dinner. Again I cannot recommend him enough you will not be disappointed!!

My Wife and I are foodies and definitely wanted the food at our wedding to be incredible. After looking at the menu options our venue had to offer we were feeling like we wanted something different and when they recommended we try Red Seal Dining we figured we would give it a shot. After meeting with Rob we knew that he would be the best fit for us. He was willing to work well within our budget (and actually came in UNDER budget) and provided more food than we could have imagined. He makes everything from scratch right down to the dinner rolls and salad dressing and everything came out fresh and delicious. When our day ended up running ahead of schedule Rob was right on top of it and managed to have everything out earlier than expected without us even asking! Our guests raved about the food and said it was one of the best meals they have ever had at a wedding.

Rob was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accommodating to requests we made - he even warmed up the pies we brought as a courtesy without us even requesting it which was such a nice touch! He made sure our day was everything we dreamed and genuinely cared about the product he delivered and our satisfaction.
