Born and raised in Toronto to an Italian family - fresh, homemade and garden grown ingredients were a huge part of her upbringing. Because of this Erika focuses on using only the highest quality ingredients for her handcrafted cocktails.
But don’t be fooled… she does love a blue margarita every other Friday!
With over 16 years of experience behind the bar, Erika is sure to curate a cocktail fit for any event!

My claim to fame is definitely NOT bartending… however I can make a mean espresso martini! I am the woman behind the emails, phone calls, instagram posts and most of the time - the schmoozing!
While @e.mauro on the other hand does all the heavy lifting! She is truly the brains behind this operation with bartending, cocktail curation and crunching numbers being her main focus.
I was never good at math… so thank god for her!
