- Linens for all guest tables (your choice of white or black tablecloths and linen napkins) and linens for your cake table, guestbook table, gift table, DJ table and more – at no additional charge
- China plates, sideplates and silverware for your cake table – at no additional charge
- Serving utensils
- Full water service (ice water in pitchers on each table + water glasses at each place setting, filled throughout the meal)

What I bring to the table is over 15 years of event experience. I got my start working as a Volunteer Coordinator & Guest Experience Manager at the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada. I have been at this property for 14 years and specialize in Corporate Events & Conferences/Tradeshows. My gift of organization, attention to detail, creative imagination, concept design and contagious enthusiasm have earned me a reputation for unparalleled excellence as an event planner. I will ensure your concepts are executed flawlessly while maintaining a pleasant, calm, and helpful demeanor to ensure an amazing experience for you and your guests.
I have over 16 years of experience in the food & beverage industry. I started out serving and made a gradual move into management. My enthusiasm for the food & beverage industry hasn't waivered in all of that time. I love what I do and continue to enjoy each and every day at work. I worked with Romeo and the team at the Coast Kamloops Hotel and Conference Centre to build ROMEOs Kitchen + Spirits and am extremely proud of this venture.
I began my career in the kitchen at the age of 17. I spent a large part of my career working in Vancouver gaining my Red Seal at the Vancouver Community College in 2008. I've won numerous culinary competitions in Vancouver and Kamloops. I've been at the Coast Kamloops Hotel and Conference Centre since 2010 and have built ROMEOs Kitchen + Spirits into a place to eat in Kamloops.
