Operating out of St Catharines, Ontario, Wandering Spirits Travelling Barkeep is a wedding catering company and 1974 retrofitted camper that operates as a traveling bar. Owner and professional mixologist, Gregor Sayliss is passionate about his business and helping create a festive atmosphere wherever he and his crew work. Since establishing the business, these experts have gone on to accumulate more than 10-years of experience.

Great vibes and Excellent service

We had Wandering Spirits at our wedding and we cannot recommend them enough! Gregor and his team were amazing work with, responsive, and super helpful with organizing everything. On the day of, they were all friendly and the vibes were fantastic!

Our wedding after-party!

Greg and his cool, little camper parked in our backyard for an evening back in October, and he served amazing, signature (his, not ours) cocktails all night! All of our guests were enthralled with the camper-bar, and they raved over Greg’s delicious drinks and impeccable service! We can’t wait for our 5yr anniversary to have him back for another party!

Highly Recommend!

We used Wandering Spirits for our wedding and I cannot recommend them enough. They're adorable trailer and their easygoing but fun personalities were a highlight of the night for our guests. The drinks were great and it was awesome to see them supporting so many local breweries and distilleries. Gregor and his team are so wonderful to work with, quick to respond and accommodating throughout the process. They were the perfect rustic touch to our wedding.

Amazing and fun time!

Loved every moment of wandering spirits. They helped with little things that made our day flawless. Our guests all ranged about their service, and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

We have booked Wandering for a number of corporate events, Gregor and his team have been nothing but amazing! Our customers love the service and the coffee. Easy to work with and is always able to fit our needs. Their trailer is always a hit at our events. From events that were family-focused, local markets, to car enthusiasts.

Efficient, friendly and skillful service

Gregor was amazing behind the bar - quick, courteous and skilled service. Every drink was poured with a smile, and great ratios of spirits and non-alcoholics in classic cocktails!

Wedding Services

We originally had Greg booked for our 2020 wedding, but due to COVID will now be able to have him at our rescheduled wedding for 2021. He was so easy to work with while making this change and is extremely personable and attentive. We have since attended some of his weekend events and have been blown away by the drinks and service!

Very friendly service and a great looking bar!!

Greg was very personable throughout the booking process making it a breeze to book the vendor! The bar is going to look perfect with the rustic vibe my fiance and I are going for!!

Hi! I'm Gregor - the face behind Wandering Spirits Travelling Barkeep. Having lived my whole life in Niagara, I loves everything that this beautiful region has to offer and I'm proud to call it my home.

I started this company by mixing my passion for bartending, supporting local businesses, and making other people smile!

In my spare time you can find mde playing basketball, hanging out with my dog Minnie, or enjoying the awesome establishments in downtown St. Catharines.
