    Literally Wedding Angels - Best Vendor Ever

    This company was BY FAR the best vendor we had on our wedding. Fairly priced, excellent service and communication and outstanding work. If that wasn’t enough, they literally saved my wedding from chaos, as we had some mishaps with the venue and Eliza’s team came to the rescue during crunch time. They were able to help with and resolve the issue, even when it wasn’t within their scope of work. Literally lifesavers! So grateful and would highly highly recommend.

    Overall Good

    There was some miscommunication when we wanted to drop-off the first deposit. But the 2nd and final deposit meeting was fine. Thankfully we had a planner to communicate with them for everything so we didn't have much interaction other than paying the deposits. The quality of their work was ok and as expected.

    The best decor team to work with!

    We can't recommend All Occasions Decor enough! The decor and florals they arranged for our wedding surpassed our expectations and looked better than our inspo pics.

    Throughout the planning process, they were accommodating with my numerous revisions. Eliza was personable, helpful, and made me feel confident that my wedding was in good hands. They were also able to professionally and competently work around our venue's many restrictions. Thanks again guys, you are so good at what you do!

    It all worked out!

    We didn't get the first signage drafts from AOD until 5 days before our wedding which led to some stress. We were prepared to give them everything 1 month out, but ended up having to do some work in the week leading up to the wedding. Other than the timing and communication, the decor turned out great! The silk flowers were gorgeous and the signs turned out beautifully! Table cloths weren't steamed, but we had a steamer on-hand to fix them before the wedding started.

    beautiful decor but no accountability

    AOD enticed me with their transparent pricing and selection on their website. When I met up with Eliza she was very flexible and seem responsive. We did have one incident where it seemed like Eliza had forgotten about our meeting and we were waiting by the waiting area for over 30min until someone informed her that there were people waiting for her. Also, I had to ask Eliza 3-4 times on separate occasions before I got a day of contact phone number.

    We had bought a wooden hexagon arch off of Wayfair that had pretty good reviews and requested to use it for our wedding. Eliza agreed to this as well as other decor items. I had given the dimensions of the arch and specifies of the arch In advanced. I also dropped off the arch 5 days prior to my wedding. She had never mentioned that the arch was inadequate and would not support the flowers. I did notify her that it would probably need sandbags as it is a bit wobbly. I would expect that this be tested beforehand.

    On the day of the wedding, her day of contact Vivian arrived at 1pm as schedule but her crew with the all the decor including chairs, arch and faux flowers did not arrive until 2:30pm. The seating time for my ceremony was 3:30 and the ceremony was suppose to start at 4pm. My coordinator friends were scrambling as they did not have chairs to set up and were wondering if any of the decor would come in time. There was no communication as to why they were late except they were stuck in traffic. When they arrived, my guests were helping up with the chair set up and also the arch. The arch was broken and was not supporting the faux flowers and continued to crack and break. They struggled for a long time and my ceremony was delayed by 30min. Eventually it was stabilized with visible zip ties but the arch was also lopsided. My friend spoke with Vivian (day of contact) and noted that this was unacceptable and Vivian apologized and said she would speak with her boss.

    When I wrote a complaint letter, Eliza did not take any responsibility at all, instead she said they did their best and went above and beyond due to the poorly made arch that I provided for them. I am not a professional decorator so I do not know what sort of arch would be necessary in these circumstances. I understand the arch was not the most sturdy; however, it was agreed in our contract to use our arch and at no point was it pointed out to us that our arch was too weak and would not support the flowers. I would've appreciated it if the arch was set up and tested with the flowers; and if it did not support the flowers I would've preferred to be notified. I would have been willing to pay more a use the company's arch to avoid the catastrophe that ensued.

    I was also told that the arch was half build with screws in place to save time. This may have also cause the initial breakage to the arch. Eliza said when the decor crew arrived at 1pm they noticed the arch was broken so went into "problem solving mode" and did not drop off any decor items and went to Home Depot to find things to fix the arch. This took about an hour and half as they did not arrive until 2:30pm even maybe closer to 3pm. There is a home hardware store 7 blocks from the venue (3 min drive).

    I appreciated that everything somewhat turned out; however, I hired their team so that my friends and family would not have to help with set up. I paid for 3 hours of set up and mostly just got maybe one hour and a lot of stress. Their flowers and decor were beautiful; however, I appreciate businesses that take accountability or responsibility when things go wrong. I did not see that here. There is always a better way to do things and we grow by taking responsibility and learning from it. I would say it would be a risk if you choose to work with them.

    Would definitely recommend

    We recently used AOD for our wedding decor, and were thrilled with the results. The centerpieces, the bouquet, and the floral arch went really well together and it was everything I imagined. They are super creative and easy to work with. Helped make the day stress free. Would definitely recommend!

    The best out there

    I recently used All Occasions Decor for my girlfriend's surprise birthday celebration, and I cannot express how happy I am with their service. The decor was absolutely stunning – from the flowers and overall design, every detail was more than I expected. The team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make our event special. I usually don't leave reviews but I will for this. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for decor and design event services. Thank you again for making that night unforgettable.

    Not reliable.

    From beginning to end, my experience with this vendor wasn’t great. When I came to pay deposit at the beginning stages, there was a miscommunication. I had drove an hour there and back and was stuck outside their building for about 45 minutes where no one who I was originally in contact with was picking up their phone. This should have been a red flag to start with but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded. Meeting with them in general was difficult and we often had to reschedule. People within the company weren’t sharing my thoughts and ideas with eachother so each meeting I was having to repeat my inspo and share pictures with people individually.

    In the end we had to go back and forth a lot because of our budget. If this caused any confusion it should have been cleared up well before the wedding day. My mom noticed mistakes in their invoices multiple times. On my wedding day they left without checking with main wedding party to see if there was anything else they could do. The final decor was not up to mark with my expectations at all. Even after the wedding was over they were the ONLY vendor in my list that didn’t reach out to congratulate me, or comment on the wedding process, or follow up on anything at all. My mom originally put a bad review on here and they reached out and said they would refund is $500 if we took our review down. Which is a pretty measly number compared to the amount we paid for decor for multiple events.

    I do not recommend.
