Despite the fact that I was inexperienced and didn’t know exactly what I wanted, Denise was always nothing but patient and helpful. They don’t charge for delivery within the GTA which is a bonus. Personable consultation and the option of being able to bundle some of our decor needs in one vendor was great so I was able to get backdrop and some bouquets done.

Denise reached my expectations above and beyond! Whenever we spoke on the phone or emailed, she was quick to respond! I can be very indecisive and I probably changed my ideas more than 10 times!! Denise was very patient and understand what I really wanted!! When we met, she showed me a couple of sketches from my info! I was blown away to actually see it on paper! Denise saw my vision!
