We are a wedding planning + design service, which is focused on empowering stylish couples to follow their dream wedding vision for a celebration which truly reflects their personality.

How do you begin your wedding planning journey?
We start with a call and get to know a bit about each other. It’s important for us to match you with the right planner. One who can truly understand your needs for your wedding, you both need to feel comfortable working with each other.
Next, we’ll work on a detailed proposal tailored for you and your partner which will outline the full terms and structure.Once you’re happy to move forward with your personal planner, we make it a point to meet and learn more about your dream wedding vision. From the look and feel to location and financials. We must build that trust very early on in the wedding planning journey.

Full Planning & Development
Here’s just a part of what’s included:
- Free initial consultation to determine the look and style of your wedding
- Budget development
- Venue sourcing (includes site visits to shortlisted venues)
- Ongoing email/phone and planning support
- Sourcing all wedding suppliers (personalized to the couple)
- Guest list and seating plan management
- Bespoke design proposal, including invitations and signage
- Scheduling menu tastings
- Assistance with wedding shopping, including your outfits and favours
- Wedding rehearsal coordination (if required)
- Timeline management for every function, with detailed run sheets for venue, suppliers and full wedding party
- Wedding ceremony and reception styled and executed according to the vision
- Full on-site support and management for each function with additional staff
Design & Decor
Here's a base to start with:
- Ceiling Draping in your chosen colour (light taupe/ light sage/ light blush/ blk & wht damask/ white/ spring floral. or French Toile) for a 100x30 to 120x40 ceiling area.
- A full lighted ceiling with mini light strings & 4 chandeliers
- Entrance Drape or 10x10 Backdrop
- Tent center pole covers
- Tent side pole drape or covers
- Accessories: hanging statement pieces with greenery & floral accents
- Up to 25 Custom live floral centerpieces (small to medium) with LED candles, choice of modern or vintage vases & holders, table numbers and tea lights
- Up to 5 Colour Accents throughout your tent. This could be in throw pillows, dessert, gift or guest welcome tables, chair seat covers or other areas
- Head table decor for beautiful photos
- Lounge furniture and accessories
- 20 specialty tablecloths/100 specialty napkins/napkin rings
- 100 specialty charger plates
- Welcome sign, guest place cards, menus, personal bar drink menu, guest seating chart, reserved table signs
- Theme appropriate card box
- Theme appropriate podium
- Full floor plan and design
We understand there’s a lot going on for you, between work, life, and wedding planning, so another important detail we manage is your time and communication. Time is precious, and we want to ensure that we are flexible for your schedule. Whether that’s over email, phone or in person, we are here for you. The majority of your wedding planning tasks are completed during business hours, but meetings can be scheduled in after hours and some weekends.

Tremendously Beautiful Workmanship
When it came to the crew and the timing of Crushed Ice Productions: they were 100% on time, they required no additional support/help from our end, they worked extremely well with the staff on site (event/wedding planner from the vineyard) and, most of all, were very much a part of the special day in a good way. I cannot express how elated we were to see the incredible results on our wedding day. Side note: Deborah won’t let you see the results until you actually enter for your ceremony and reception!!! Great idea as the Wow factor is intensified.

A Good Job
So upsetting and disappointing
Less then a month before my wedding we had our walk through with the hall there was some issues with set up tear down times but they got sorted not a big deal… well so I thought!
The day before my wedding I get a call from my hall coordinator that Debra was asked many times from March on to show proof of her insurance for decorating ceilings she had not provided it and was told please present it the day of. Day of arrived she showed up unprepared didn’t have documents and could not provide the necessary documents to be able to decorate over head. Debra also called and told me 3 of her staff members had Covid also
The coordinator had to call and finally got another company to come in and do the ceiling work and fix many different things.
Very unprofessional my back drop wasn’t how it was suppose to be she told me she couldn’t provide some items asked if I could which that was fine the ceiling couldn’t be done by her my arch wasn’t how it was suppose to be I was in full panic mode and so upset thinking nothing was going to be done the only thing Debra did was provide the entrance hall it was the way it was suppose to be but that was the only thing done right. If it wasn’t for the company that had to come in (a design) and the stay at Fort Henry and by town catering I don’t even know what would have happened.
If your up for broken promises anxiety attacks (the day before you wedding) crushed ice is defiantly the place to hire… for something that is suppose to be so special and hired out and paid for you shouldn’t have to worry I’d never recommend crushed ice!
