My husband and I chose J Company for some rental rental pieces and the backdrop. We unfortunately had a very negative experience working with them over the months of wedding planning. We found them to be unprofessional in the timely fashion they would return emails and/or phone calls. We called their office one day and left a voicemail, and it was returned 4 days later with the lady saying "we don't usually check voicemails, so it's best to contact us through email". However, they were also extremely unresponsive through email. Since we were getting flowers elsewhere, we needed to coordinate to get the centrepiece vases, and urns to the florist, however it took Jason 1.5 weeks to respond to my (eventual) 3 emails. When he responded, he did not answer my question, but instead said the reason they hadn't gotten back sooner was because they have been very busy, making the email pointless because it didn't address anything that I had emailed him about in the first place.

When it came to the week before the wedding they dropped off the wrong urns, and also brought us USED vases for the centrepieces (even though we purchased brand new ones through them). In addition to that, they shorted us 4 vases. Due to this error, they had to send their delivery man to drop off the correct urns to our florist the next day, but he was 2 hours late (causing an inconvenience for our florist), and they still did not bring all the centrepieces we paid for. So needless to say our experience with them was not a good one - they caused more stress than anything during the planning process. My husband and I both agree that we would never recommend them to anyone!

Jason completely understood what we needed and offered a good variety of solutions. He is creative and attentive to the client needs. The room looked spectacular. Highly recommend.

It was over all dissapointing. The staff are full of themselves and not good with people. The event looked pretty but I deeply regretted the women they let plan my event. Find another planner.

My husband and I are so thankful to have met Jason and Jordan from J Company design. Not only was the decor was elegant and beautiful from the ceremony to the reception, we have received none stop praises from our guests how they truly enjoy the wedding and the decor provided. Not only J company has provided what they promised to, they have truly exceeded our expectations. They have made our wedding day a moment we will remember forever!
