Where to begin. I would never hire Lufuevents ever again nor will I ever recommend them. The entire process dealing with Steve has been a nightmare. From not reading our emails, overcharging us, complaining to our family during the day of our wedding, losing our seating chart the night before the wedding, losing our family items during clean up and has the audacity to lie about refunding us money and telling my mother in law on the phone that he won’t refund us while we were on our honeymoon. I wrote him an email and he refuses to answer. I’ve called and left voicemails and he refuses to answer. It’s been weeks now and I tried calling again today and he still refuses to answer. This company shouldn’t be allowed to exist if this is the type of customer service you are going to get. He complained during our wedding that what he had to do was too much. We sent him our plans months in advanced to review and said everything was okay. Then we hear not only from the event coordinator and my family who was there setting up that he never read the plans until the day of and is making a fuss over it. The fact that he lost our seating chart the night before the wedding is ridiculous and made excuses about how we should’ve just brought it to the venue when he was the one who emailed us asking us to leave everything with him weeks before and he would take care of it. Imagine this happening to you the night before your wedding and having to deal with this?!?! On the day of the wedding my groomsman and I had to adjust the ceremony and Steve was there just watching us and ended up leaving without any help. I wanted to make sure it was perfect for my now wife before she arrived and not have to deal with this. We were also missing a corsage for our grandmother even though we paid for it and was part of the proposal he sent. The quality of the boutonnières were horrible. My Dads head flower came right off as we were putting them on just before the ceremony. When my mother in law called him the next day to ask about her missing sandbags and our refund while we went away on our honeymoon he was rude on the phone and told her he wouldn’t refund us.
Putting blame on the clients for his own mistake when everything is in the emails is wrong. I’ve been trying to contact him to resolve this in a friendly manner but not answering me and ghosting me completely is child’s play. We’ve done nothing in the wrong to them and and of getting screwed by them thinking it’s okay to forget about the client once the job is done. That’s bad business practice and only shows other vendors not to recommend them. If I could give them 0 stars I would for the lack of respect they have for their clients.
I don’t want any another couple to have to go through what we went through. Never hire lufuevents for anything! -

On the wedding morning when I saw my flower I started crying because they were so beautiful! I was even more excited when I found out Lufu events made the headpiece I had asked for! I got so many complements throughout the wedding day on my flowers! -

I live in Ottawa. I placed an order with Lufu events to deliver a beautiful azalea plant to my family in Toronto. The staff was friendly, helpful and dependable and the price was excellent. Lufu events will be my go to flower shop in Toronto in the future. -

Ashely was fantastic to work with. She offered both traditional and modern floral arrangement options for the ceremony and reception and the bouquets and boutonnieres were absolutely stunning. She provided not only great advice but honest advice, on floral selections based upon the season of our wedding and our chosen wedding colours. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were and were swift to take home center pieces that were up for grabs at the end of the night.
And Steven was very accommodating and easy to work with. He truly wants to make sure you get want you to want for your special day and will work with you to ensure that happens. I would definitely recommend Lufu events to anyone having an event or wedding who requires flowers and/or floral arrangements.
