Natalie was amazing to work with. I hired her for my bridal shower as well as my wedding ceremony and reception. She is very attentive to detail, works really hard at what she does, her work is stunning, and finally she works from her heart! Our wedding was postponed multiple times and Natalie would always accommodate us no matter what. She wanted our wedding to look amazing more than we did. Natalie is such an amazing person herself! She genuinely CARES about her brides and wants them to be happy!
She's went above and beyond what we had expected. She has those beautiful touches! When I walked into the hall and saw the decor I was stunned!! I remember I was sooo lost while planning my semi wedding and as soon as I have called her, she had reassured me that it'll be all good! I went to meet her for the 1st time, she was so professional, willing to work, she was always positive and looking forward for new suggestions!
I had to meet her once or twice afterwards, and natalie was able to accommodate my ideas right away!

Absolutely terrible service she will completely ghost you during the months before your wedding. she only responded to me and my wife two days before the wedding asking for more money then we already agreed on. we didn’t have much choice so we gave in and then she proceeded to not provide half the stuff she had agreed to. she is a scam artist disguised as a decor person. best case scenario if you book is that she actually shows up to your wedding which that itself is doubtful. you won’t be able to get ahold of her or what she promised you but maybe she will show up. run from this vendor is not worth the stress, risk, or money

One of the worst decisions ever was hiring this company. Makes you feel like an inconvenience when you try to finalize your decor refuses to make any arrangements before a few weeks out. Over commits and under deliveries on almost everything. Will book meetings and then not attend them, say she’ll call and doesn’t. Blocks you or has it automatically set to day shes on a call no matter what time of day you’re reaching out

Truly makes you feel like a nuisance when you try to make plans even when you’re giving her thousands of dollars

Please please please take your money elsewhere to a company that actually values their clients and wants to work with them. It’s unbelievable how much i wish i had headed the warnings of the reviews. The good reviews are great and if you’re one of the lucky ones who she actually priorities it’s good but more likely you’re going to be left with less than you agreed upon and then blocked with no refund
