Beautiful arch, classy decor!

What you see is what you get with Pristine- the arch looked even better than the photos, and our table decor created a tasteful, modern, yet classic style for the reception dinner. Suman was great to work with and was flexible even with a short setup period. Highly recommend- if you like their arches, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful to work with !

Suman and her team were wonderful to work with!
Suman was very responsive and provided suggestions along the way! We couldn’t have been more happier with the outcome for our big day!
Suman and her team also notified me how the Altar stage was slippery and to be careful while walking (before our ceremony).

I really appreciate the little things, even that meant a lot to me.

We repurposed the Floral columns and aisle markers to our reception. Suman left instructions on how to properly move the floral columns to my team.

Highly recommend!

Suman at Pristine Designs and Decor was absolutely wonderful to work with!
She was extremely responsive in her communication, transparent with her prices and just over-all really easy to work with. I sent her inspo pics of what I was looking for for our very belated wedding reception and not only was she able to delivery stunning centerpieces and decor, but she went above and beyond in her suggestions and ideas. Suman was friendly and professional. I would recommend her hands-down for anyone looking for stunning (faux) floral decor without breaking the bank.

Beautiful arch! Highly recommend.

I had such a pleasant experience working with Pristine Designs! I booked a floral arch for my wedding ceremony and couldn't be happier with the result - the arch was absolutely stunning, it went so well with my garden venue and made my ceremony even dreamier than I had imagined. Communicating with the vendor was so easy, they were very responsive and helpful, such a smooth process overall. I highly recommend them. for your wedding decor needs.

Great Quality and Service!

Fantastic experience! Quality product and exceptional service. The floral arch we rented for our event was exceptional, and vendor was accommodating with colors and design! Great experience and we would use them again! It made our event magical!

Highly reccomend

We rented a floral arch and aisle setup from Pristine Designs & Decor. We were very pleased with the end product. Suman was very easy to communicate with, we received responses to our emails almost immediately which we appreciated. Wedding planning is stressful enough, its great to work with a vendor that is quick with responses and issue free. We did not have to stress about the decor our entire ceremony, everything was set up early morning and pickup up at the end of the night without any issues. The quality of the pieces was also very impressive. We are glad we opted for faux flowers and saved money. We are very happy with our experience and highly recommend Pristine Designs. Thanks again

Beautiful backdrop

We ordered floral pillars from Pristine Designs to use as the backdrop at the altar for the ceremony and for behind the sweetheart table during the reception. The floral pillars were beautiful. They were able to bring my vision to life based on some reference photos I sent.

Suman was very easy to communicate with and was flexible with regards to our requests for drop off and pickup. I absolutely recommend going with Pristine Designs & Decor if you want beautiful decor and an easy vendor to work with.

Bridal shower decor

I had an amazing experience with Suman. She really went above and beyond for my bridal shower decor that I immediately booked her for my wedding day as well. She’s an expert in what she does I couldn’t get over how beautiful the arch’s looked. Definitely recommend hiring her.

Would not recommend!

We are very unhappy with our experience with Sumin. We had rented the floral columns for our wedding. The columns only had flowers on the front so you were able to see the cardboard and the floral foam. Prices are ridiculous for the service we received. Sumin was also very unprofessional with dealing with us the day off. I would not recommend nor hire Pristine design and decor for any future events.

When Sumin came to drop off the columns she was asked the remaining balanced owed, she made a mistake and was paid the amount she said. After leaving the venue Sumin realized that she said the wrong amount and profusely hounded my wife for $80 throughout our wedding day making my wife annoyed and upset on our wedding day. Any professional would have just waited until they came to pick up the columns.

Michael, we have already responded to your wife’s review.

The back of any arch is never covered with flowers as it is placed against a wall. Your ceremony was in front of these floral columns, not behind. The guests sat in front, not behind. Your images are of the back of the ceremony space/venue.

With over 200 events, we have never once had an issue with the client being upset about the back of the pieces not being covered in florals. In addition, we have done many weddings at Paletta Mansion with the exact same floral columns and never had any complaints.

The 2 pieces of paper on the back of the columns were instructions on how to safely lift and move the columns...

Again, your issue was payment and it was no error on our part. The issue could have been resolved sooner if the payment was done when asked, but in the end it was resolved before the start of your event.

We do not tolerate verbal abuse of the kind which your wife proceeded to do when she finally completed payment. This was unprofessional and we will not engage with you any further.

We are sorry you were not happy with your experience.

However, a vendor asking for their full payment after a set up is completed is not unprofessional - payment must be paid on the day of service - this is also stated in our contract.

We also gave you a chance to advise if there were any issues/concerns with the set up once it was completed and you did not. In fact you stated it was great. Your issue was with paying your full remaining balance

Please refrain from writing false reviews for small businesses in the future.
