Dad said it was the best wedding he's ever been to
Details make the event special. Maria and Dave from Viva Events were like old friends I'd met for the first time; however Zel knew them from her sister's wedding, which they did an amazing job. When we saw the detail they put into Carole's impressive display at the reception venue, we knew we had to get their help.
Viva Events was eager to hear our vision and were accommodating to our busy schedule. They made our vision come to life with beautiful luxury candles, and tall centerpieces that matched our color theme. Just look at the picture we attached.
When the locked doors swung open, all the guests in the entrance were amazed; and when Zel and I arrived, it was better than we imagined. I could see tears in Zel's eyes as the Knights of Columbus greeted us with their raised swords like an archway. It was as if we we were entering a magnificent garden that had been so carefully laid out with immaculate dinnerware and perfect seating.
What made it really special was the event planning help we got from Viva. We appreciate them welcoming us into their home to show us a range of mockups from their many decorations. It was like they read our minds for what we wanted and needed.
I liked that they brought a tape measure to our meeting in the venue and took measurements to help us make a seating plan and layout. Zel really liked them being on top of communication. They never forgot about us and always kept us on track of the things we needed to do. They are great coordinators you can rely on.
We are very happy and grateful for the service, appreciate the discount, and the complimentary items we received.

Amazing service!
We used Viva as the decor company for our wedding this summer and had a great experience! They had a great response time, were helpful with their opinions, and were never too pushy about anything. They went above and beyond by offering to move decor for different parts of the day. The best was that on the day of the wedding, when they arrived at the location and were setting up, they realized that a few more pieces would really help bring things together, so they gave us some free items! This was truly so kind and on that exciting but stressful day, we felt so confident about how our wedding looked! Everything ended up even more beautiful than I imagined. Our guests were in awe of how beautiful everything looked! The setup and cleanup services were handled excellently! Additionally, the night went very smoothly by having them as our Day of Coordinators. We would highly recommend Viva Events & Decor. Dave and Mariya were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their initial questionnaire made the process that would otherwise have been daunting, so easy to get into and decide what we wanted. From our initial call, we felt very comfortable and happy to work with them. The pricing was very reasonable. Everything turned out great on the day of. Things went so smoothly. We could not be happier with the work they did. They were punctual and got to the venue very early. Set up was underway before the venue's official starting time and we did not have to worry about anything during the day. There were absolutely no issues. All our pieces came in and were very well managed. We are glad we got them to be both our decorators and day of coordinators. Not to mention they provided complimentary decor upgrades. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Viva Events for our wedding. I am utterly speechless thinking back on how our ceremony and reception turned out! This team is amazing!! They had constant and reliable communication and with us throughout the entire planning process and went above and beyond for us!!! Every detail was thoughtfully planned and perfect!

Professional and responsive!
We hired Viva Events and Décor for our wedding on May 19, 2024. We rented some light strings, a light curtain, and (last-minute!) a red aisle runner.
We are very happy with our experience. The people at Viva were extremely quick with their responses. They took care of the setup and take-down with no issues, and they went out of their way to be helpful during the planning and rental process -- especially when we decided, following our rehearsal and only 4 days before the wedding, that we needed to add a carpet to the aisle so the girls' shoes and dresses wouldn't get stuck! They were able to add it to our order with no difficulty. We would highly recommend them!We hired Viva Events and Décor for our wedding on May 19, 2024.
