We worked with the 808 Entertainment team and DJ Mark Black at our wedding a week ago and we have nothing but great things to say about the whole process and day of! Erik was very easy to communicate with and prompt with his replies to all our questions and booking with them! DJ Mark was wonderful to work with as well both as our MC as well as the DJ! He curated some amazing playlists for us and kept people on the dance floor all night long, our guests had a fantastic time! DJ Nabs did a fantastic job ensuring that everyone had a great time at our wedding! He made sure to play all of our must have songs and kept the energy going all night long. The dance floor was always full which made it such a fun party throughout the night. We were out dancing until the venue kicked us out which was so much fun. We could not have been happier with our DJ choice. DJ Nabs was super easy to communicate with and made sure to connect with us a few times before the wedding to ensure our playlist was exactly what we were looking for.

We recently had 808 Entertainment, specifically DJ Mark Black, DJ our wedding, and he was incredible from start to finish.

For the ceremony, DJ Mark Black played our chosen tracks right on cue. He did a great job navigating our multi-floor venue, setting up sound systems outside, in the main dance area, and upstairs for dinner. When it came time for the reception he was able to cater to our diverse crowd with an amazing mix of 80s & 90s classics, Jamaican Dancehall, Latin dance music, 2000s pop hits, and modern hip hop music.

Everyone was having fun and we received lots of compliments from guests saying it was the best wedding they’d ever attended, specifically praising the music.

We highly recommend 808 Entertainment for anyone looking for a wedding DJ, and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for future events!

Honestly, these guys are amazing, and they made our wedding day fun. From the moment we contacted Erik, we knew we had the right company. He was super transparent and easy to deal with. He responded to any questions we had quickly and made sure every detail for our day was covered.

DJ Mark was spectacular. He had everyone on the dance floor with his mixes. He was super accommodating with any last-minute requests or shifts in the schedule and was a wonderful MC.

The dry ice guys and photobooth attendant were also great! Super easy-going and professional.

Baba Kahn and his team were so easy to work with. He listened to our brief then walked us through what to expect on the day and delivered over and above all expectations!

Dru has done an amazing job at our wedding! From incorporating all the requested covers, sticking to our schedule to being on top of some tricky logistics that involved quite a few room changes on a tight timeline. I'm from Jupiter, Florida and my husband is from Toronto, Canada.
While we were dating he always told me about his favorite DJ back home in Toronto called Baba Kahn. He would tell me stories of how he went to all of his parties and how incredible he was!
