DJ Brock did a great job reading the crowd and keeping the party going. Dance! Shout! planning was easy and super intuitive on their website leading up to the event and they kept us up to speed leading up to the day.

We hired Jason with Dance Shout Productions for our wedding in Canmore July 16 2022. Jason was great at our wedding with punctuality, flexibility, and providing excellent service. We used him for the music, lights, and photo booth. If I can recommend anything, get the photo booth!! The photos turned out absolutely amazing. Some funny, some cute, but just overall fantastic memories! Jason did both the music for the reception and the ceremony which were in the same location, but different buildings. For the ceremony we requested some very unique songs that I wasn't sure he could get, but somehow he got them! I was so pleasantly surprised! Jason was also very patient with us as we didn't really have a timeline in mind after dinner, but Jason found us and made sure that we got our first dance in before he played all the party music everyone was asking for. He also incorporated the shoe game which was hilarious. He picked all of the questions and they turned out so well. Everyone really enjoyed it! The lighting he provided was also lovely. The photos on the dance floor with it turned out so nice! He also played no country as per our request, no matter how many people asked for it. Thank you Jason!

We hired Dance About Productions to DJ our wedding. Throughout the entire process Jason was extremely easy to work with. Prompt and direct communication, but still a very personalized service. He went way out of his way to please. He accommodated a very eclectic song list, and went above and beyond in terms of setup and lighting to bring our vision for our party to life.

None of the people in our group go out dancing regularly, and our floor didn't stop for five hours. Having an awesome party was high up on our priority list, and Jason delivered in spades. We could not be happier with our choice. Highly recommend.

Dance Shout Productions was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. Jason is such an easy going and friendly person. We got along with him right away and his fun attitude made for an unforgettable party.

We had specific songs that we had in mind for our ceremony and I was a little worried about how it would all flow together. Jason was able to make them all work together perfectly with exceptional timing. There were no technical glitches or awkward moments. He handled all the extra microphones that we needed and all 200 of our guests could hear every word.

Jason was also incredibly helpful leading up to the big day. He emailed me about song choices and provided me options when I wasn't sure which version I wanted. He also added the music to our slideshow and formatted it so that it worked seamlessly at our venue. This took away so much stress!

My husband and I love a good dance floor at a wedding, so it was very important to us that everyone love the music. And boy did they ever! It was perfect, he played all the songs we requested and really got a feel for the type of music that would please our guests. The dance floor was full every second until last call. Dance Shout MADE our wedding reception. If you have the opportunity, book with them. If I ever need a DJ again, I'll be calling Jason.

Jason was fantastic throughout our planning process and on our actual wedding. He gave us clear suggestions on how to make our night a success and was quick to respond to any questions we had. He also was our emcee and did a great job keeping things on track, while being entertaining. Erin ran our photobooth and did a great job supplying us with a variety of fun props that kept our guests entertained all night. Another cool aspect of the photobooth is how personalized the frame image for the photos was. Jason used images from our wedding invitations to create a border that was very personal and unique - it was a touch we very much appreciated. Our guests commented on how much fun they had at our wedding and I believe a large part of that was the atmosphere Jason created throughout the event.

Scott was amazing! He was so easy to work with, had everything set up perfectly and kept the dance floor packed all night! Scott arrived early and took care of all the AV we needed! He even played our slideshow for us which I had forgot to even ask him to do. Top tier service and I would recommend them 100%!

We had Brock as our wedding DJ and he made our night amazing! I told him dancing was our favourite part of weddings and he made our music a HUGE hit! We even had many family members come from Mexico and Brock went above and beyond to even play some Mexican music at our request! Thank you Brock for making our night AMAZING!
