With his extensive experience of professionally DJing for a decade, Apogee (also known as Gurinder Brar), continues to make his mark in our Lower Mainland’s big phat Indian wedding industry.

As a 90s kid born in Punjab, one of his childhood hobbies was to collect cassettes from his favorite artists and would often take control over the playlist during his family road trips. Moving to Canada, he remained tied to his roots by joining a competitive Bhangra team, which also allowed him to create custom mixes for their performances showcased all over North America. With Apogee behind the decks at your celebratory night, you’ll have the best of both worlds!

Apogee’s depth and knowledge in music genres is like no other. His live mixes consist of Bhangra, Hindi, Hip-Hop, Electronic and his all time favorite – all things Old School! While growing up submerged in 90s music, the vibe he brings to any dancefloor and performance is nothing less than nostalgic. Apogee’s fanbase and support continues to grow as he promises to cater to a diverse range of audiences around the globe.

In addition to his substantial talent with precise song selection and smooth transitions, he naturally thrives to interact with your crowd on the mic!
