Located on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, Dreamland Silent Disco provides wildly fun entertainment at any gathering with their broad network of experienced DJs and wireless, 3-channel LED headsets. Silent disco is an ideal solution for after-parties and off-grid venues as they eliminate sound pollution with headsets that have a range of up to 500 meters. Your guests will dance in virtual silence while having a choice of music at a volume that is comfortable for them. Guests can remove headphones to have a conversation without raising their voices, and have a laugh at the scene in the room. They will be talking about your party long after the night is over!

Amazing night

Hello

We went with Dreamland Silent Disco to find a DJ for our wedding and to rent Silent disco headphones for the after party.
Jose, the DJ was great, flexible and such a nice guy. He played great music for 6 hours straight from 7pm to 1:00am (the second half being silent disco)
The Silent Disco headphones were... a blast... and a perfect conclusion to our wedding day. People were skeptical at first when we talked about the concept before the event, but they quickly changed their mind with the headphones on their head. Everyone, from young to old ages, had a lot of fun. People danced from 10 pm to the sunrise. I attended silent disco in the past, but it was never like that. This time, the quality of the headphones was impressive, offering good basses and a very high volume, which really contributed to the fun. I am already thinking about the next silent disco party to organise, and for sure, I will contact Lara for that !

Cannot recommend Lara and Dreamland Silent Disco highly enough!

Dreamland Silent Disco was incredible!! Lara was so easy to work with and made sure our silent disco experience was exactly what we wanted. The silent disco was by far the most talked about part of our wedding, guests of all ages absolutely loved it and were raving about what a fun and unique time they had. We are so happy we had Dreamland Silent Disco at our wedding and cannot recommend Lara and Dreamland Silent Disco highly enough!

Best bachelorette party EVER!

My friends worked with Dreamland Silent Disco to set up the world's most magical dance party in the backyard of a house rental at my bachelorette party. There were 3 separate stations with different types of music and everybody got a set of headphones to wear for the night. We could switch between the three stations, and we could also see what station everyone else was listening to based on the color of the headsets. The playlists were AWESOME for dancing, and it was really fun to have such a variety of different songs to listen to. We could also control the volume on the headphones, and listen as loud or as soft as we wanted. So for example, if you wanted to take a break from dancing to have a chat with someone, you could do that. Lara also set up uplighting and a disco ball amid the trees in the yard so it truly looked like a dream. The best part was that we could have a killer dance party in our own backyard, without having to worry about noise restrictions in the neighborhood. It was also great to have our own private dance party, without worrying about going out to a bar or club. There were 12 of us and we danced the night away! It's truly impossible to be at a Dreamland Silent Disco party without laughing and smiling, and my friends still talk about what a blast it was. It's just such a fun, unique, and memorable experience. Lara was a dream to work with. She is incredibly accommodating, easy to communicate with, personable, and works extremely hard to make sure you get the dance party of your dreams. I could also see this being amazing as a wedding after-party!

Incredible silent disco had us dancing all night

We had an absolute blast with Dreamland Silent Disco as our wedding afterparty! They were professional and communicative from the start, and we were able to have three music channels that suited the diverse tastes of our guests (EDM, house, and pop/oldies). Everyone kept telling us how unique and fun it was. Best of all, when I took off my headphones, the room was quiet enough that I could have conversations with my guests without losing my voice shouting above the music. Of all the choices we made for our wedding, Dreamland Silent Disco is the one we're the most happy about!

My name is Lara Gordon and I started Dreamland Silent Disco & Social Club in the summer of 2017. I was in my early 30s and was very much tired of the nightclub scene. The music was always too loud, and I didn't always like what was being played. I disliked being hoarse and exhausted at the end of the night from trying to have a conversation with my friends over the boom of the speakers. All that being said, I knew I absolutetly loved to dance.

I attended my first silent disco at a bar in Boston in 2015, and it was the most fun experience I had in years. I walked into a sweaty, dancing, singing room, and there was no music playing. The scene was jaw-dropping, and as soon as I got my headphones on and joined the party, I couldn't stop giggling and felt so much joy. I was instantly hooked. Silent disco is easy on the senses, never over-stimulating, and surprisingly social. I absolutely love what I do, and would be honored to bring this highly festive activity to your event. Your family and friends will be talking about long after the party ends!
