Meet the team
Connor has worked in the Western Canadian DJ circuit for over 10 years. A graduate from the Pacific Audio/Visual Institute in Vancouver, he has studied and trained in area’s including music management, sound engineering, record production and music theory. He has applied his education and experience toward developing IN THE MIX's new and unique music service here in Saskatoon. Connor has enjoyed helping couples design music programs for their wedding, compiling rotating music playlists for commercial applications such as salons, restaurants and retail stores, and is excited to launch a new interactive DJ/production program for aspiring musicians in 2019.
Kara has been at the helm of some of YXE’s most reputable food & beverage hot spots. Her experience in management has provided her with the unique opportunity to educate her peers on the fascinating, and ever-evolving world of mixology. She has successfully completed her Sommelier level 1 course, and in addition to developing custom cocktail menus for all types of events, she is eager to work on designing wine-pairing / tasting clinics for our clients as well. Her exceptional brand of polished service, in combination with a professional and friendly demeanor has landed her a reputation as an industry leader here in YXE.
