My wife Ashley and I got married last November. Well, we were SUPPOSED to get married in October, but COVID had other plans.

But despite the last-minute postponement, Ryan was perfect and he made it super easy to reschedule, which we'll be forever grateful for—not the most fun time in our lives to be honest! Then, when the night finally came, he completely nailed it.

He worked with us very closely to choose songs that we liked, then compiled our ridiculously long list into an amazing night of music. We had songs we loved for every little moment, and it went seamlessly from cocktail hour to the ceremony to the dancefloor that went without a break until 1am.

Everyone told us how much they loved the music the whole night, and some of the standouts were songs that Ryan himself added to the playlist because he knows the songs that get people moving at a wedding.

Right up until the last moment, when the 10 or so people left on the dance floor were so exhausted we could barely stand, when he played "All My Friends" by LCD Soundsystem to close out the night. Perfect. Hire him.

We’re so so happy that Ryan was the DJ at our wedding! While we were in the planning stage, he helped us narrow down all the moments during the ceremony and reception that we would need music for and provided a great version of Hava Nagila for the hora. We also had a super helpful zoom meeting where we shared our favourite artists, songs and genres with him; when we got off the call, we said to each other that we really felt like Ryan understood our taste in music and was going to put together an awesome playlist.

On the day of the wedding, Ryan was there early to set up all the equipment and provided a wireless mic, which worked so well during the ceremony & speeches. He kept the dance floor going until 1 AM! We joked at one point that he kept playing hit after hit so we couldn’t even sit down to take a breather :P We didn’t have a videographer, but Ryan filmed some special moments on the day (without us asking, he just did it!) and shared the videos with us after, which we really appreciated. We’d 100% recommend him to anyone planning a wedding or other event!

Words can't describe working with Ryan. He is so incredibly attentive and generous with his time and walked us through every step of the process. What we received for our wedding was nothing short of a movie sound track with perfect start and ends through the whole ceremony and a wedding reception that felt like a dream. He showed up earlier than anticipated, stayed right through the end and all of the equipment worked perfectly. We can't recommend him enough.

Ryan (Indie DJ) did an exceptional job as our DJ at our wedding at The Bisha Hotel in Toronto. Months before the wedding he communicated regularly with us to meticulously plan the music for our ceremony and reception, and on our big day he exceeded our expectations. He arrived super early to ensure the setup was perfect, and he was very responsive and accommodating to our many requests! We had a fantastic party at our reception and our guests danced the night away! Thank you Ryan for helping us create so many special memories.

Ryan was phenomenal throughout the whole process getting to know us as well as what we and our guests would like. He took care of all of his own set up and was super organised. He helped make our wedding day perfect!

Ryan was great. He worked all of our must play songs into a fantastic set, ran us through how he has worked weddings in the past and gave us some really excellent pointers. Brought up some stuff we didn't even think about, helping us keep the day sounding great and smoothly moving along. Highly recommend, he's a gem.

Ryan is AMAZING!!! We met Ryan at our friends wedding where we danced all night, and immediately knew we wanted to have him DJ our own wedding. Ryan was so friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Communicating with him was a breeze. We met for a beer before hand to discuss all of our random music ideas, and he just got us. Perfectly. Literally, we were dancing all night as each song was better than the next. He also made us feel so comfortable, and relaxed about everything wedding related, he had great advice. We highly, highly recommend Ryan - he was our favourite vendor to work with in our wedding!

Ryan did an incredible job DJ'ing our wedding earlier this summer. After giving him an idea of our musical tastes and the vibe we wanted to have, he put together great, unique playlists for both the cocktail hour and the dancing. He was even able to incorporate a bunch of Persian music we had sent him, which he wasn't previously familiar with, into the evening and kept the dancefloor moving all night. We highly recommend working with Ryan!

Ryan was an incredible DJ. He listened to what we wanted, intuitively understood the vibe we were going for and then made the day a complete breeze for us. Of all the vendors in our wedding, Ryan was the lowest maintenance with the highest return. He got the whole wedding dancing and having a great time. Amazing person to work with and very talented.

Ryan DJ'd our wedding and we could not be happier with the experience. My husband and I have somewhat alternative music tastes and Ryan was extremely flexible and helpful at putting together a set that reflected the vibe we wanted to create. He provides options for genres to choose from for different parts of the day, or he will put together something entirely custom, up to you. He is very detail oriented and professional, which made us feel we were in great hands. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who cares about having great music at their event/wedding!
