Developing a passion for music at a young age, Joel Wesley has been playing and performing from 8 years old. Inspired by his father, Frank Mollica, Joel began his career behind a drum kit. His passion continued into creating electronic music, recording and DJing. Following his dream, he moved to the city and graduated top of his class in the Audio Engineering, Music Production & DJ Arts program at The Trebas Institute, in Toronto, ON.

Joel has worked with a variety of recording studios, live sound,
production companies and DJ/event businesses. In 2013, Joel decided to branch out on his own and started Joel Wesley Productions, a complete audio visual production company.

To this day, Joel has executed hundreds of successful events and
shows. Joel Wesley Productions is proud to have won several Northumberland Reader’s Choice Awards. Since 2013, Joel has grown his business to include a team of professionals that share the same passion, expertise and vision. Joel is always the life of the party and looks forward to making every event memorable.

Finding inspiration in travel, photography, film, and academia; I am never too far from my MacBook and a cup of tea (and usually chocolate). My passion lies within the wedding industry. I love helping couples make their dreams come true; there is a huge sense of fulfillment and achievement when you make a customer happy. The wedding industry has no creative limits and combines a lot of my passions including event planning, fashion, family, traditions, and more. Having the opportunity to play a small or large role in one of a couple's most important days is very rewarding. I look forward to helping you book with the best DJ in Ontario (in my personal and professional opinion) and helping you create the best party of your life!
