A flawless DJ
John is the best DJ in the Okanagan hands down! His attention to detail and professionalism far exceeds any expectations we had for our wedding day. We were very impressed with his skills of reading the room & playing music to keep people on the dance floor all night long. Not only that, but he created a perfect ambiance from guest arrival to the end of the evening. He was also our MC & did a perfect job at keeping the flow throughout the event, but also announcing and introducing our wedding party & everyones speeches. We would hire John 100x over!!

1000x past expectations! Party didn't stop from the first song until the wee hours in the morning! Best night of our life's! Played an amazing variety of music, we had guests from 2 yrs old to 85 years old hitting the dance floor all night. HIGHLY recommend DJ John Byrne!

Ok John Byrne completely KILLED IT!!! The D floor did not stop even for a second and I have been hearing comments ever since about how amazing he is. As an MC as well thank you so much John!!!!!! You kept everything flowing perfectly and I felt no stress having you in charge. The client portal to do the forms and music requests is so perfect and easy to use. I will recommend you to EVERYONE WE KNOW forever. My grandfather made a special comment about what a great guy you are and our guest rapper Sascha said you are "phenomenal". So thank you again.

DJ John Byrne is a musical genius. John was SO easy to work with, so kind and so in-check with what was getting people dancing and what wasn't. He was willing to meet with us and gave us a lot of suggestions and tips for our music. He is very experienced and we received a lot of feedback from our guests about how great the music was. They say that guests remember two things from weddings: the food and the music. John did an amazing job at making sure the music was unforgettable. We also had a live musician come in to sing Serbian music and John was very willing to communicate with him, coordinate everything with him and lend his equipment. It was so nice that we didn't need to worry about any of that. We highly recommend John.

I can't say enough nice things about John and how impressed we were when he DJ our 1920's theme wedding reception. He truly went above and beyond what we ever expected, helping is out with what ever he could for us. I regret not hiring him to do the music the ceremony as we relied on our wedding planners assistant and all the music was played in the wrong moments, I know if we would of had John there it would of been perfect. If ever we will be needing a DJ I the future for any event John will be our go to guy.

John was a fantastic DJ, he listened to our requests for the night and followed them perfectly! The night flowed amazingly and he helped out so much with choices of music and such. He also helped out with the slideshow and made sure it ran perfectly. Overall I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

We asked John to be our DJ because a couple that we know recently got married. They highly recommended him and said that he was an absolute professional and that his song choices were superb. We were completely blown away by how amazing John was on the day of our wedding. We were not able to meet with him prior to the wedding because we were having a destination wedding. All of our communication was done only via e-mail but John just 'got' us. His equipment was high quality, he queued our ceremony music perfectly and most of all he looked like he enjoyed his time (despite the heat!). Our favourite thing about him though was the wonderful song choices he selected for our dance party. Our guests raved about the music after the wedding and we thank him for a job VERY well done. I wanted to reach out and say a huge thank you for DJing our wedding on Sept 2. We heard many comments about how PERFECT the music was for our ceremony + I loved the ease knowing you were taking care of it all (no ugly mic feedback or anything to worry about!)
Our guests were thrilled with the music at the reception, as were we, and I have literally NEVER seen a dance floor that packed for the whole entire night (no lag time!)
It was so fun, and reflecting back on it is now one of our favorite things to do. Thanks again for the EXCELLENT, highly professional service. We were blown away by all aspects of your services.
