How much does a wedding DJ cost in Toronto?

No wedding is the same, and so the cost will vary depending on a few variables. However, the main driving factors are venue size/number of guests, hours required, and whether a sound system needs to be provided.

How many weddings have you played?

I've played well at over 50 weddings (keep in mind that DJ' ing isn't my only gig, as I run my own e-commerce company and am a professional photographer as well).

What kind of corporate events have you played?

Notable corporate clients include Lululemon, RBC, Manulife Financial, and Sunnybrook Foundation.

What are your payment terms?

I generally require a 10-20% deposit upfront (flexible), and the remainder after the service is completed—both payable via e-transfer, cash, or PayPal.

Can I check your references?

Absolutely! I am happy to put you in touch with past clients.

Do you take requests?

Yep - I set up a song request form well in advance via Google Docs that can be shared with guests. Typically, couples like to share with their wedding party. This approach is excellent because it not only takes the pressure off the couple but also allows others to contribute and gives me a great sense of your crowds' overall vibe and musical tastes. When it comes to the night of, I can download and play virtually any song on the fly that comes in as a request, no matter how obscure.

Can you play foreign music?

Yes! While I would DJ primarily English music, I've often mixed in a handful of foreign music (e.g. K-pop). Again, it can be provided in advance or on the spot.
