From the very beginning, every single person we have come in contact with in this company has demonstrated their commitment to excellent customer service, clear communication, and their love and appreciation for music and event planning. The portal system for requests/playlists is user friendly and convenient. We worked with Jonathon, who is someone who has clearly found his calling in being a DJ. The portal system for requests/playlists is user friendly and convenient. We worked with Jonathon, who is someone who has clearly found his calling in being a DJ. His professionalism, friendliness, and WILDLY IMPRESSIVE problem solving skills are like no other. From our first meeting, we connected with him and knew our reception would be in good hands. He was attentive, thorough, and was genuinely dedicated to making our day the best it could be. He went the extra mile to create personalized mixes, which was just so above and beyond - we were in shock. His after hours communication via email and text was prompt and detailed. If we could rate him higher than "Excellent", we would. Even with the absolutely CHAOS that ensued prior to our ceremony due to a very unfortunate weather event/our tent vendor not doing their job properly, Jonathon (and Tim - thank you so much) pulled everything together in time for both our ceremony and reception to operate on time. We seriously cannot even begin to express our gratitude to not only Jonathon, but MacMillan as a whole. Had we chose any other DJ company, I can't imagine things would have come together the way they did. We will be actively searching for ways to leave glowing reviews everywhere we can, and have told all of our family and friends how impressed we are with the service we have received. We will absolutely be booking MacMillan (and specifically Jonathon) for any future events we are involved in. Thank you so so so much for your hard work - our day would not have been the success that it was without you.

Great DJ for our wedding

DJ was super helpful before the event to help us prepare and plan, and then was perfect for our reception. No complaints, would recommend to anyone in the need of a DJ

Marc A crushed it as the DJ/MC for our wedding!!!

Marc A absolutely crushed it as the DJ/MC for our wedding reception.

As an MC, Marc was invaluable, keeping the evening running on-time and smoothly. His presence and professionalism kept all of us in the wedding party calm, as we knew he was taking care of coordinating all the speeches, announcements, and games. He was able to quiet down the room quickly for each speech or announcement, as well as pump them up when necessary (wedding party entrance). He even suggested and ran this amazing shoe game, which was a hit and wildly entertaining.

Being a musician myself, hiring a professional DJ was really important, and Marc did not disappoint. His sound system and lighting...

His presence and professionalism kept all of us in the wedding party calm, as we knew he was taking care of coordinating all the speeches, announcements, and games. He was able to quiet down the room quickly for each speech or announcement, as well as pump them up when necessary (wedding party entrance). He even suggested and ran this amazing shoe game, which was a hit and wildly entertaining.

Being a musician myself, hiring a professional DJ was really important, and Marc did not disappoint. His sound system and lighting were top notch (we used his sound system and wireless microphone for our speeches - which were FAR superior to the in-house system). He played all of our "must-play" songs, and picked other songs which kept the crowd on the dance floor until the very end of the night.

Finally, my band played for 1 hour after dinner, and Marc offered to help us with our sound as well. He let us connect to his speakers (far superior than our own), and mixed all our instruments/vocals to sound better than ever. He managed the levels throughout our set, and made the experience so much more enjoyable and stress free.

5 stars across the board for Marc A and Macmillan Group!

Wedding day

Ty was the best DJ. He was so responsive, played the music we asked for an incorporated his own style. He had the party going until the end of the night. Dance floor was full and everyone kept coming up to us saying how this was the best DJ they've heard in years.

Scott provided top-notch service at our wedding this weekend. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making our day beyond special stood out to us and our guests. Unforgettable Night!

We had an amazing experience with MacMillan Entertainment! So great to work with. Our DJ Jonathon was absolutely amazing!! So perfectly blended our wide range of music taste and kept the dance floor absolutely packed all night! Definitely made our night memorable! 100% recommend!

Never a Better Experience!

We had Jason Ferguson as our DJ through Macmillan Entertainment Group, we promise you will NOT be disappointed in their services at all!

We couldn't have had a better experience and Jason handled the day with so much ease and had everything flowing smoothly.

They triple checked our timelines, our songs, and the videos we had included so that nothing was left to chance, with a few links to custom songs, a shoe game, and some announcements, we still knew that in his hands we had nothing to worry about! Everything played with no issues.

Thank you so much for making our day so fun and a bit magical!

Amazing services.

Tim Macmillan from the first conversation helped us decided if this was the service we needed.
David went above and beyond for us! from our first phone conversation with him to talk about all the small details, to meeting him in person the day of the wedding and making sure all our wants and needs came true. David worked well with our MC we hired for the evening, and made the night an unforgettable night.
A big shout out to David for all his hard work! We would recommend to everyone!

Great DJ services!

We had Ty Dj our wedding and he was great!! We had a backyard tent wedding with a couple different locations for ceremony/cocktail hour/reception. Ty set up and had music playing everywhere we wanted and played all the songs we had requested. He did a great job during the dance and played the best songs that kept people on the dance floor all night. We even had multiple guests come up to us commenting how good he was! Highly recommend!

Professional, experienced, and on point.

David was our DJ and MC for our ceremony and reception. He was very professional and timely. He incorporated all our requests and preferences perfectly. All our guests and us had a great time on the dance floor. Music was great!
