Excellent Wedding DJ

We had the best day at our wedding and are very happy with our decision to go with We Know Music DJ for our music! We previously attended a wedding where Cory was the DJ and had a fabulous time. Cory responded promptly to our inquiries and made us feel at ease right away. The music worksheet was thoughtful and easy to fill out with our preferences, and our Zoom meeting prior to the wedding consolidated our plan.

On the day of our wedding, Cory checked in with us multiple times, again making us feel relaxed with zero worries. He took into consideration all of our requests and executed the plan perfectly. The dance floor was a blast and our guests really enjoyed themselves as well.

We have no regrets and would highly recommend Cory and the We Know Music team!

Amazing dance floor energy!

I first met DJ Cory at one of my friends weddings and then again at another one. After seeing him work his magic, I knew he would be our DJ.

Our wedding would not have been the same without DJ Cory! From the very first song at our ceremony to the last dance at reception, he kept the energy high and the dance floor packed. DJ Cory perfectly read the crowd, blending our favourite songs with the perfect mix of classics that had everyone—from kids to grandparents—on their feet. I’ve never seen my aunts and uncles enjoy a dance floor like that night.

Not only is DJ Cory incredibly talented, but he was also a true professional from start to finish. He worked closely with us to understand our music tastes and made sure every key moment, from our first dance to the last song of the night, was exactly how we envisioned.

We honestly could have danced all night if it weren’t for our venue’s outdoor restrictions! After the wedding, we received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the music was. I had the pleasure of working with We Know Music for our wedding, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and dedication.

One of the standout aspects of their service was their willingness to accommodate all our requests. We had specific ideas for the playlist and some unique timing requirements during the ceremony and reception, and the DJ team was incredibly flexible and accommodating. They listened to our needs and ideas for music during our consultation prior to the wedding with genuine interest and we trusted their expertise to cultivate a fantastic playlist throughout the night which the guests all really enjoyed.

Their friendly attitude was another highlight. The DJs were not only skilled professionals but also approachable and engaging, which made the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable. They effortlessly created a lively and inclusive atmosphere that had everyone on their feet and having a great time.

Golden Eagle - July 6th, 2024. They do know music!

We experienced WKM through a friend's wedding and decided to use the team for our own. Leading up the wedding Cory was professional, organized, and responsive. For the actual day, the team followed our requested day vibes and song requests accurately. When it came to the night time dancing, they knew how to transition and get the energy going. We really enjoy EDM music and they knew their stuff. Highly recommended!

Amazing team!

Cory was amazing at our wedding! He was patient and understanding throughout the whole preparation process. On the day of, we didn't have a lot of time to guide him in person, but that wasn't needed because he was well prepared and saved us a lot of stress. The team was also great at reading the room and taking cues on the spot. For e.g. while we never thought to ask for it, he noticed that there were older family members present and knew to include older Cantonese music for them. A lot of guests told me afterwards that they had an amazing time with great vibes, it was one of the funnest weddings they've been to. Thank you to the WKM team an amazing night!!

Professional and experienced!

We were very happy with Cory's prompt replies, the detailed questionnaire (I loved this!), the efficient online meeting, and for DJ Tony's flexibility and ability to read the room. It was great to not have to worry about any sound system tech issues!

Hiroko and I love music, but are not music experts, especially for a wedding playlist. Cory was amazing and consulted with us in advance to to get a feel of what our guest profile would be and had a survey which helped us gauge the type of music that would work best. Its not only about the types of music we like, but what our guests would enjoy and that's where Cory helped us the most. With minimal input from us, he was able to read the room and mood and played a perfect mix of chill house music to remixed wedding favourties and classics. Best thing with Cory's DJ-ing is it didn't remind us at all of a cliche wedding paylist, felt compltely tailored to our wedding. The best part of Cory is he has such a kind heart and really put us at ease. On a day when you're worried about everything, we did not have a worry at all on the music. Cory was the Best and several guests asked for his contact info to use at some of their corporate events. We would recommend Cory to anyone !!! Thanks Cory for making our wedding so wonderful.

Perfect Music for our Wedding!

We absolutely loved having WKM DJ our wedding. Cory and Tony really took the time to get to know our music preferences, and played a great mix of songs and genres throughout the evening. We received a ton of comments from our guests about how much fun they had at our wedding, and DJ Tony kept us dancing till the lights came on.
