If you would like to be included in the design process and kept up to date then this vendor is NOT for you. We constantly asked for pictures and updates on the design while it was being made and they didn't respond. The reason we gave them our business was because at the consultation they made it seem like they would communicate with us regularly and seek our input and not make any design choices without consulting us. No update and next thing you know one of the outfits shipped to us and it was not what we were expecting. It was even more frustrating because this could have been avoided if only they had lived up to their promise and kept us in the loop or at the very least answer our messages and calls. We tried contacting them but it was not easy to communicate. When we did get a call with them they spoke over us and made us feel as if they were doing exactly what we wanted but in actuality quite the opposite. A very frustrating experience. They claim to want to make this the least stressful part of your wedding but speaking from experience it was the most stressful part of wedding planning. Our outfits were not worth this stress, frustration and aggravation. Especially for the price. They've got a lot of improving to do in the customer service area.
