Horrible service and bad aura altogether
He did this whole story for 500$.
I hate the fact I can't put 0 stars.
This is the first store my now wife went to for a wedding dress. She even told him it was the first store. She saw a dress that she liked (which had a defect on it) and as soon as she said that she was going to look around, he pressured her to putting a "deposit" not by credit card or interac, he demanded CASH.
When she told him she found HER dream dress at this place called VEZINA. He wasn't happy for her, instead, he got so mad and refused to pay back the 500$ "deposit".
Look at the receipt he gave her. No company name, no tax numbers, nothing.
Then he said he would give her back $250 if she doesn't write a review about her experience with him!
See you in court TODD BERKOVITCH for a meesly 500$, you should be ashamed of yourself!
The BEST experience
I cannot recommend Atelier NüStyle enough! Working with Todd was an absolute pleasure. He was so welcoming and patient. He listened to what I had imagined wearing and suggested styles that would look good on me. It was the first place I went and no surprise I left there with my dream dress. All future brides should go here! You truly will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Todd for the wonderful experience.
