I booked an appointment with them for their wedding sale. Dimitra was very helpful and she knew what style will fit you. Cons is there is no seamtress in house. Recommended!

Pros: They have a lovely selection of dresses, and the shop is very cute. Also, it was very easy to book an appointment and they were very responsive.

Cons: I am only speaking to my own experience here, but even with an appointment, I felt very rushed. Every dress I tried, the staff would really push hard for me to buy it. While I was changing in the cabins, numerous salespersons came and out, opening the curtains with no warning to move dresses around and swap things on my rack, to bring my previous dresses to other clients, or to see how I was doing. It was somewhat uncomfortable considering I was pretty much naked, and the cabins are in a visible area.

Overall, I did like the dresses and the shop. But I just felt really pressured to buy, and like I was a bit rushed. I didn't enjoy my shopping experience as much as I could have.

The quality of service when I went to buy the dress was great though when I contacted them through chat, never heard back

Had an amazing experience with them! Everyone was very kind, welcoming and respectful! They have a a large variety of styles. I had to order my dress since they didn’t have my size in store, it just arrived after ~6 months and it’s absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend.

The girls were very nice and helpful...not too pushy to sell you a dress....the only thing is that they are only open Saturday...it might be challenging to get an appointment...but overall very good service! They have beautiful and original dresses.

I had an amazing experience during my appointment at Bella di Sera!! Mirella and Dimitra were extremely kind, caring, attentive and supportive towards me. I went 3 weeks ago (November 16), during one of their sale events. This was my first appointment out of 3 that I had scheduled with other Bridal shops. I was not expecting to find my dress at all, since I wanted to see different options before buying one. Also, I am not good at making fast decisions. They were all very kind and welcoming from the moment me and my party arrived, despite the fact that they were super busy helping other brides (because of the sale event). Dimitra was my Advisor and she was amazing. I never felt unattended or left alone. Mirella was always around to reassure me as well, to make sure I was happy with the prices / styles and that I was having a good time. When I tried the last dress I had picked, I saw myself in the mirror and I could not believe how beautiful it was. It was exactly what I was looking for, and more! Everyone in the room seemed so excited about how beautiful that dress was as well. Another Advisor took a picture of me from the back to show me how the dress looked. When I told Mirella what style my Fiance wanted his suit to be, she got super excited because this dress was that exact same style! I knew this was the dress and everyone made sure I knew it looked beautiful on me. Both Mirella and Dimitra were super happy and excited for me and they helped me to stay inside my budget. The price was amazing for the dress I got. They went above and beyond any Service I have received ever before. I would not hesitate to recommend Bella di Sera to any one looking for a dress. Thank you Mirella, Dimitra and the whole Bella di Sera team for being so awesome!

I found a beautiful unique long sleeve boho style wedding dress with original lace. They're dresses are SO much nicer than the ones I saw in other boutiques, but they are a little pricy. I didn't see a dress under $1400 while I was there.

The service was really great and the boutique is beautiful.
