At my first visit, where I ended up purchasing a dress the staff were kind and helpful. After falling out of love with said dress due to over a year passing from Covid postponements, the manager at the time was more that understanding and helped me find a dress that made me feel beautiful. Fast forward to what was supposed to be my final dress fitting where, the staff had all changed, they were not friendly or inviting what so ever, the seamstress felt preoccupied with her own personal life and made my fitting(s) rushed. Three days before my wedding, there was an issue that needed me to come in and there was zero flexibility in allowing me to finish work before coming in, therefore I had to cancel the rest of my day, looking unprofessional to my clients. In the end, I picked up my dress without trying it on as I wanted to just be done with my situation there. 2 years ago I’d highly recommend this location, but now, I’d say go elsewhere.

The ladies were great at assisting me, making me feel comfortable and pulling dresses that matched my vision, but then they found a wild card that blew my expectations away. When it came to veil and alterations, everything was tied together perfectly to make me feel like the princess I always wanted to be. Definitely worth it!

I had an amazing experience at Best for Bride Hamilton. I had six appointments total when trying to find a dress that fit my small budget, and my very specific tastes. I went to 15 bridal shops (that’s right, 15.) trying to find my dress, with no luck. And I just kept finding myself wanting to go back to Best for Bride. They have a great selection, good prices (I checked the prices of a few dresses I had tried on in other stores, and they were always less expensive at Best for Bride), and amazing consultants. Felice and Marcella were my saviours. They were so incredibly patient with me, NEVER pressured me in all my six visits to try on dresses and ask questions, and they understood what I wanted completely. Marcella even had a dress I liked sent from another location for me to try on, as well as a new 2020 dress she thought I would like (of course she was right!). My experience with Felice and Marcella has been absolutely wonderful, and I truly can’t thank them enough.

Although I did not purchase my dress at Best for Bride, I had an amazing experience shopping there. Alexandra was an amazing consultant! She has an excellent knowledge of the inventory and was able to pull dresses that I loved after getting an idea of my vision. The dresses were good quality and affordable. I appreciated that Alexandra followed up with me via email the following day. She including the style number of my top choice and made it clear that she was there to help me make my decision. It's also important to note that all the appropriate precautions were in place to maintain social distancing and hygiene during the pandemic. Thank you!

I went to Best for Bride Hamilton as my first shop to look for a wedding dress and two short hours later I had the perfect dress! They have a very large selection of gowns and I didn't feel like I needed to look anywhere else because of this. Felicia was extremely helpful and quickly picked up on the styles and dress types that were my favourite and ended up bringing me the dress I chose to get married in! Her attention to the details of what I liked was extremely helpful and she easily came up with custom additions to certain dresses that would make it more my style. The service was great, especially the one on one attention, and I never felt pressured into anything I didn't like. Thank you so much to the Best for Bride team, specifically Felicia, for making my experience so easy and enjoyable! I can't wait to get married in the dress of my dreams!

I went in for a quick browse around to see what was out there and pricing and such as I have very little idea on what I want but have a lot of time date wise before the wedding but not a lot of free time so I'm using time wisely.

As i entered the store I asked if I was okay to browse and was met with a confused sales lady who was reluctant to allow me. She informed me that renovations were going on but the dresses were all out, she explained the weird colored ribbon pricing sign and that the dresses were laid out by style. as I browsed i couldn't find ribbons on a lot of dresses or any prices to be honest. After about 15 mins she asked me how i was doing, asked me questions and was very snippy with her answers, informing me that I was shopping way to early, despite me telling her that I was just looking at style ideas so that I could see what was really out there before I began making appointments.

A lot of the dresses on the sample racks had foundation stains, and sweat marks on the under arms or looked dirty and damaged. Very off putting. i tried to browse the clearance rack but they were all shoved together and very hard to look through. The whole experience was not inviting at all. The women "helping" never once offered a card for me to keep them in mind when i began shopping and i felt they wanted me out the store. I would also point out the store was dead and it was around 12 on a Tuesday, I went to Davids Bridal and had far better experience was lovely staff.

The staff here need to learn customer service and that different customers may have different needs. Not everyone knows what they want or has all the time in the world to plan the "perfect" wedding.

I will not be returning here.

My daughter-in-law to be and I have just had a wonderful afternoon wedding dress shopping at Best for Bride. All the dresses were truly amazing and very reasonably priced. The beautiful shop is an absolute delight and Olga the owner is fantastic, she was so helpful and kind. I can not recommend this shop highly enough. I wish we had gone to this shop first! Many, many thanks to Olga we could not be happier with the beautiful dress, veil and tiara.
