Bridal Gallery was so professional and helpful with choosing my dress, I didn't want a white dress and had my eye on gold, after trying on 3 dresses I saw the gold dress that made me feel like a sexy goddess. It came in less than 5 weeks and they held my dress for 9 months until the wedding. I needed minor altering and it was done in record timing. I would recommend

My friend and I were so looking forward to our first visit to Bridal Gallery, as it was her first time out since getting engaged to browse at wedding dresses. We were also interested in browsing bridesmaids dresses for my own wedding. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel uncomfortable and unwanted. The women were not only unhelpful but rude - tone, body language, etc. In addition, we were told that we should "make an appointment" and "come back", even though we were the only customers in the store. Disappointing to say the least, as we were only looking to browse and gather some ideas. We will absolutely not be making an appointment but will be spreading the word that Bridal Gallery does not provide a pleasant experience. On a positive note, Bridal Couture, His & Her Bridal and It's Your Day all provided us with warmth, excitement and genuine interest in a way that one would expect from a bridal boutique.

Came in on a Monday to assist us for alterations when I know the store is closed.

Horrible service along with A very grouchy employee,felt horrible for the bride to be she was treated so poorly. Save your self the time and energy of shopping here. Not worth It !!!

Excellent experience with staff at this store. Designer dresses and a designer experience and the prices were surprisingly affordable.

I didn't end up purchasing my wedding dress here, but I visited many times. I did purchase my earrings, and the price was outstanding compared to other stores in the area. The ladies there were all very helpful and professional, and treated me with respect. Had positive experiences and would recommend.
