The most excellent staff I’ve experienced in my whole bridal dress shopping journey. The staff were extremely accommodating with appointments and everyone had such positive energy, the willingness to help find the dress of your dreams and provide meaningful feedback with dress alteration options. Nothing but a positive experience with this store - I am so happy that Bridal Temptations was a part of a wedding milestone where I said yes to my dress!

The staff at Temptations are so sweet and caring. The store has a wide variety in dress styles and sizes. As a plus size bride I felt so loved and cared for. They were very flexible to hold the dress for me so I could really take time to think about my decision. I fell in love with one of their dresses and it was so fun to celebrate with them my YES TO THE DRESS moment! We took pictures and had a proper celebration.

It was so easy to book an appointment, and when I did, I had so much help from the entire team. They were so accommodating, informative, helpful and also so kind and confidence boosting! I ended up ordering through them and they were competitively priced, and helped me with my order over the phone since I live far away. Also they have tons and tons of awesome dresses and all the best and popular designers to choose from - better than the other two shops I visited!

I am so thankful I went to Bridal Temptations! I have been to many stores. Local and in the city and no stores compare to the service I received here! Sylvie (staff member) and the owner Sandra Lynn were absolutely lovely. They know everything you need to know to find the perfect dress. I tried on a dozen dresses and they happily pulled them all for me and helped to accessorize and bring my vision to life! I highly recommend going to Bridal temptations! The service and the selection of dresses is unmatched!

When you walk in Bridal Temptations you are immediately greeted by your bridal consultant and other staff. You walk in to a well designed and very clean space where you can browse any style of dress and accessory for your big event. The dresses are organized and displayed beautifully. They have sizes and styles for every person. You walk to the back of the store into the bridal room where you will see walls full of gowns, more than you can count. My bridal consultant was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel comfortable. The dressing room is very clean and has a very large mirror so you can see the dress on before you step out and show it off. The owner popped in to my appointment to introduce herself and she was very professional and knowledgeable as well. I was treated with respect and they truly had passion for their work. They honoured every request I had and the whole appointment was a breeze. I ended up finding my dream dress my first appointment in under one hour. I will definitely return to this store. There is no need to travel to the city when you can find your dream dress for a very affordable rate at Temptations Hanover.

The ladies at Bridal Temptations made the confusing and often anxiety-inducing experience a piece of cake when buying my wedding dress !! Hands down, the best in the business!
