Read this if you want to be a victim
I brought my wedding dress to this shop as a referral from the store where I bought my dress.
I went there in Feb to make my dress altered even though my wedding day is in Aug. because I have to plan for a photo shoot anytime near my wedding month. After they took my measurements and charged me in full they said they gonna call me when the dress is ready.which I never bothered asking because I know the earliest I gave them the early I can get. I call in April to see if its ready. they told me its not gonna be ready until June. I called in June to follow up this time they said they’re working on with the dresses for July’s wedding date. I was very surprised when she said “this is how we work”. I told them why you didn’t mentioned to me this before when I came for the first time. I shouldn’t be giving you the dress. Isn’t that the client has to know these before taking your service. I told Sonia that I need the dress for my photo shoot I cannot make an appointment with my photographer because I need the dress, she said that she will try to ask the seamstress if she could do as early and could be ready by July. July came and still no one is calling me back. I called July 25, again to follow up. Now she is telling me that the dress gonna be ready in August, 1 week before the date of my wedding. Who’s bride would not get angry if you heard this kind of news. I got histerical over the phone and decided to go see them personally and get my dress and reimbursement. I asked my fiancé to accompany me because he speaks French and I’m not. When we got there, we said what’s our purpose of going there. With the surprise by the staff telling to us that the dress is with the seamstress and they couldn’t give the reembursement because the owner is not there. She also said that they could not give us the full reimbursement if they have already started to work on my dress. I asked to call their seamstress to see what is the status of the dress she said that they are starting the top part was open and cannot be moved because the beads will fall apart. They said they are willing to finish the dress but dont have exact deadline. Because they are very busy She said they are finishing a dress that the bride just brought to them for alterations and only have a week to work before the wedding. Her reasoning was “If you were that bride what do feel if your dress in not ready and you’re wedding is coming in few days”. Oh yeah thats what exactly how I feel now. Which for my situation I brought my dress since February and following up every month and still the dress haven’t been done which there is no big alteration for the dress. Why would you accept more service if the first dress that brought to your store have not been finished. At this point I am not trusting them all I’m thinking is about the photo shoot which I’ve aready arranged with the photographer and I just need my dress back to either finish or not. I’m already planning to bring this to legal matter if they would still keep on delaying or give excuses for not giving me the dress. I’ ve mentioned to them if I cannot get my dress tomorrow I will file a case for delays at the same time you causing me for the lost of money for the photographer for not doing the part of the photo shoot that I have already paid.
Well seems like it all worked, next day they called me saying the dress is there and will give me a full refund. I was so relieved for 5 months of not having clear dates for the dress. What makes me surprised was the I found out the the dress is UNTOUCHED prior of what she said that they already been started the top.

Satisfaite jusqu'à maintenant !
Je suis allé une première fois pour essayer une robe que j’ai adorée, et une deuxième fois pour la commander. Le magasin est beau, offre beaucoup de choix et ne met pas de pression pour acheter. J’aurais cependant souhaité avoir plus d’informations sur les étapes à venir. I did not have fun at or before my appointment
Unfortunately, I don't recommend this place. I was very disappointed with my experience. Firstly, it is forbidden to take photos, which is very restrictive. I wish I could have taken some to keep memories of this day. Then, although the young lady who "helped" me was nice, she tried to talk me out of choosing the style of dress I wanted before I even tried one on. Ironically, I ended up purchasing a dress like this at another store. Also, the dresses are very expensive compared to other stores offering the same quality, and the atmosphere is strange, I never really felt comfortable. I highly recommend going to a shop near this place where the service is much better and I had a much nicer time.Unfortunately, I don't recommend this place. Post sale service is a nightmare!
I entered this bridal store with high expectations and found the initial service to be passable, but everything that followed was deeply disappointing.When I received the dress it was the wrong size and color ! Attempts to resolve this over the phone were met with yelling and vulgar language from Nadia, the manager. She denied being wrong saying I have lost weight or forgotten what I ordered, which is nonsense. The issue eventually was fixed and I wasn’t charged a lot of money for the alterations and the dress fit me fine, I was happy with it, however the stress I had to deal with and the bad treatment was so not worth it. Adding to the ordeal, the staff displayed rudeness and impatience that made me feel distinctly uncomfortable. Also, after making the purchase, I noticed a stark drop in service quality and attitude. Fun fact, I was at a party a few weeks before my wedding and I discovered that a family member had a similar horrible experience with this store 15 years ago, indicating a persistent lack of quality customer service ! I strongly advise against entrusting your special day to this store if you value respect, accuracy, and transparent service. I'm giving them three stars only because the dresses themselves are good quality, however, there are other shops out there with equally stunning or even better dresses where you'll actually be treated with respect.
P.S. A pro tip for those undaunted enough to still step foot in this place: Tell them your wedding day is much earlier than it actually is. I received my dress just three days before my big day (even though I called many times and requested to have it a month in advance) , and they seemed to think that's standard practice—some brides apparently get theirs a day before the wedding ! Horrible place and people
The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful and so is her staff. They have no manners what so ever and take no accountability for the disrespect. All they do is deny it and lie saying they are kind. The arrogance and the bad quality and arm pit stains of the dresses and makes this a 0 stars for me. I recommend going to another boutique on this street there are alot of options to choose from. Avoid this one at all costs.The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful and so is her staff. Awful - would not recommend
Left a bad review on google after their awful treatment… they didn’t introduce themselves, didn’t let us browse the dresses, and instead of trying to make it up, they answer the google review with lies about 1. False budget 2. Saying they cancelled the an appointment because of the budget (again, saying we had a budget of 300$ was false, and actually budget was never disclosed over the phone, so appointment was never cancelled) 3. Falsely said we tried on dresses with bad odor (we didn’t even stay 5 minutes, therefore never tried on dresses)

Wedding Dress
My wedding dress was beautiful and was very happy with it. The only thing was the alterations were only done the week of the wedding, and finished the day before.
I was really stressed with this as it was last minute.

Horrible customer service
Horrible after sale service. I’m from Winnipeg and my parents lives in Blainville. When they received my dress I told them that my mom would pick up the dress. They told me no worries to send them an email with the name of the person coming and the date with the purchase number. I do the email, and my mom goes to the store, they don’t want her to leave with the dress saying they never received the email. Turns out their email on their website is not valid. What kind of business has email address that is not working in their website?!? They request photocopy of my mom’s driving license, which is illegal btw. My mom is in the store with me on the phone with a copy of the email I sent and it still not enough? The owner said to the girl working that day, that my mom can book an appointment and I need yo send the email again for my mom to get the dress or I can pay purolator to get it shipped to me.
