Made my wedding dress purchase an awful experience!

While I did end up getting the dress of my dreams from this store, I felt so awful for days after because it was not even close to a pleasant experience brides are hoping and dreaming for. They stalked by mother and I around the store, only permitted me to try on 5 dresses during my 1 hour appointment, and if I wanted to try on more asked me to pay $20 per extra dress. They gave me no privacy to change and was in the changing room with me then refused to share the photos of the dress I was buying until we processed the payment. They rushed us through every moment even though NO ONE else was in the store, nor waiting for their appointment. I am fortunate to be a tiny size so I was able to walk out of there with my dress size, but I can't imagine how they make most women who aren't the sample size feel. I do not recommend this place as they really ruined what should've been an exciting experience for me!

Quality was good but Poor Customer Experience

I end up purchasing my dress here because they can get it on time but that's because I've tried that dress elsewhere. I would not have ordered here if it wasn't for the timeline because the sales was incredibly impolite and rude. She doesn't smile at you and serves you as if she wants you to get out ASAP. I felt very disrespected there vs. other places, they would congratulate you and ask what type of you like..etc. If I didn't have a particular style/ brand to have them order, would never and ever buy it from them!

Great selection and good price for the quality. The service I received was really awesome too and the girls were really knowledgeable. I got my dress here on sample sale and it looked really new. Definitely recommend this place.
