Kristine is the best consultant!
Even if I did not get my dress from here, Felichia Bridal was one of my most favorite bridal stores in Toronto! My consultant was Kristine, and she was nothing less then perfect. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and so very sweet. She made the dress shopping experience enjoyable! Which I was so grateful for. I would highly recommend brides visit this store and especially book with Kristine if you go. Even with all my stress with wedding planning, I felt so happy and relaxed every time I visited this store.Even if I did not get my dress from here, Felichia Bridal was one of my most favorite bridal stores in Toronto! My consultant was Kristine, and she was nothing less then perfect. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and so very sweet. She made the dress shopping experience enjoyable! Which I was so grateful for. I would highly recommend brides visit this store and especially book with Kristine if you go. Even with all my stress with wedding planning, I felt so happy and relaxed every time I visited this store. -

Miscommunication
I originally told them of my plans for sleeves to he added. I was reassured that there would be more than enough material on the dress to make sleeves. Alterations told me there wasn't enough extra material and would need hundreds of dollars to buy more. I contacted the shop for assistance in ordering and I was ghosted. The service itself was fine but the owners are eh, seems like it was a way for me to potentially spend more $$I originally told them of my plans for sleeves to he added. Ask for Miranda!
I went to Felichia Bridal today with my closet family and friends and had the most amazing experience! I previously went to another dress store and had a horrible experience but Miranda made this experience one I will never forget! She was helpful when I described dresses I liked or what I was looking for but she also let me pull dresses and my group show her things they thought I would like!
I would 100% recommend this store over any of the other ones I have dealt with! They were quick to get back to me, booked an appointment with short notice and accommodated my group which was on the larger side! It was an amazing experience and I cant thank their team enough for making me feel so special!!I went to Felichia Bridal today with my closet family and friends and had the most amazing experience! Absolutely disappointing post-purchase experience
I really wish I read all the 1-star reviews before purchasing from here.
While I had a lovely consultation and sales experience - when the dress I ordered arrived it looked absolutely nothing like what I tried on.
When I talked to management about this - they didn't disagree but they refused to provide any real assistance other than to say they were sorry I didn't like my dress and that "No-one could foresee how a particular size of a particular style would look on any particular person."
If that's the case then I don't understand why we bother having consultation and try-on appointment at all...
I was told after the fact that I should have prepared for this and ordered sizing more appropriately but 1. I have never bought wedding dresses before so wasn't sure what to expect and 2. I have never experienced trying something on, ordering/buying it, and then receiving something that looked and fit completely different. I was just going by the advice of the SA's.
I hoped that they would be understanding and at least provide some sort of partial credit for returning the dress. It was a very steep investment for something that arrived not at all as I expected. But of course they could care less since they already took my payment in full.
The most they could offer was free consignment but we all know this just means the dress sits in a back room for a year until the consignment period is over and then they will say that ‘they tried’.
I hope more brides take this and some of the other 1-star reviews into consideration before choosing Felichia as I would hate for other brides to face what I and other brides have faced when dealing with them when something goes wrong with your order.

Brides : do not go here!
I bought my dress at the end of December 2021, everything seemed great, Aliya helped me out. She informed me that if I buy the dress in the next 2 weeks, they would charge me only $100 for alterations and $1650 for the dress. In between the 2 weeks, I decided to buy the dress and go with the alterations as this will be convenient for me to get the dress & alterations done at the same place. When I went in to purchase the dress, Aliya was not there and I was informed that she was not able to give the alterations for $100 but $150. I didn't think it was a big deal, so I agreed. I should have taken this as a sign.
May 3, 2022 - I get an email that my dress has arrived. I call to confirm that the alterations are $150.00. The associate has no idea what I'm talking about so then I ask them to relay a message to Aliya to have her call me back.
May 28, 2022 - I come in to pick up my dress, I STILL have not heard back from Aliya. Only to find out that she no longer works here. The associate informed me that they also changed their seamstress that they had in December and that the new seamstress works with her own prices. The associate has already spoken to their boss and he says that he will not be able to honour the $150 but give me 15% off & $50.00 off my alterations. There are SO MANY things wrong here. Why was I not informed ahead of time that Aliya no longer works here? And is that what she does ? Gives people false numbers so they can commit to buying a dress and then just runs off ? Mind you, I left a message on MAY 3 for them to have Aliya call me back and I am only finding out on May 28 that her last day was May 27.
There is even more to this horrid story, I am paying for the other half of my dress in the store, the associate gives me an estimation of 300 for my dress alterations and refers me to another seamstress named Larissa. On June 12, 2022, I go and see Larissa the seamstress. She quotes me $900. Yep, 900?!!?!?!? So let me just make it clear to everyone, from December to today, I was quoted for my dress alterations $100, $150, estimation of $300 and now.. $900 ! Larissa the seamstress also had no idea what I was talking about when I brought up the 15% off & $50.00 off.
I called Felichias Bridal yesterday and informed them of how upsetting this whole situation is and they said they would get back to me... I still haven't heard from them.
If I could go back, I would have NEVER bought my dress here. 10/10 Service
I did not end up getting my dress from this location, but wanted to recognize Aliya for her amazing service. She made wonderful recommendations, was both personable and professional, and made my entire shopping experience enjoyable. Although I did not find my dress at Felicia Bridal, they did have a great selection and I would recommend them to those of you on the hunt for your perfect dress. :)I did not end up getting my dress from this location, but wanted to recognize Aliya for her amazing service. She made wonderful recommendations, was both personable and professional, and made my entire shopping experience enjoyable. Not my favourite shop but a good selection
Felicia wasn't my favourite shop but had a lot of stock.
I think a bride who is not as picky as I am would have no problem finding her dress here. I found most of the dresses rather uncomfortable/ scratchy material however they were more budget friendly.

Amazing dresses from a variety of designers and great personalized service
I got my dress at Felichia's after a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad I checked them out!
Felichia's was a completely different experience from any of the stores I went to (I had only gone to 4 others at this point though!). They carried designers I had seen online but not in other stores (Essence of Australia, Watters, Mikaella). I was helped by Kennedy, who is the sweetest and I loved working with her. She gave us a short tour around the store, taking time to introduce each designer which I really enjoyed. They have beautiful dresses at a great value and the store was so comfortable to shop in.
I went in September 2020 and they had a great selection of sample dresses on sale from each designer. Kennedy recommended a dress to me that was completely different from what I had been picking out, and that turned out to be the dress I bought!
