  Amazing dress selection

  My dress was the first I tried on when I walked into Heirloom. But the team showed me jaw-dropping options and were incredibly patient. Every dress there is has the potential to be your dream dress and so the slightly higher price point than some other shops in their range is justified. I’ve gotten ENDLESS compliments on my dress. If I was doing it all over again, I’d run, not walk, back to Heirloom!

  Terrible company avoid at all cost

  Working with this company was terrible. Purchasing the dress from them was fine, but their alterations team was a nightmare. They were rude, hard to work with and left my dress with holes in the lace which I was told would be fixed and poor sewing that caused a lump in my dress, which I noticed on my last appointment and was assured would be fixed but noticed again when I took my dress out of the bag on wedding day. I emailed them directly after my wedding to express my concerns and they ignored my email. I then posted a honest review with pictures on Google and they deleted my review. So not only are they terrible to deal with, they don’t care to speak with customers when they know they’ve messed up, and they delete any bad reviews posted for them. Instead of teaching your staff to monitor google and delete any less than 5 star reviews, maybe just reach your employees to be good at their job.

  Good experience

  Had a rocky start as they were very busy and let us sit there for awhile before I had to physically go up to someone and get their attention. Once I started my appointment they were great and did an awesome job of listening to my wants and needs. They were a little misleading with how easy alterations would be. However the owner is absolutely fantastic, helpful, and cares for her clients deeply. I would recommend this shop for her alone.

  loved my dress

  I only went to this shop and absolutely loved my dress. I got a million compliments on how beautiful it looked and how great my alterations were done by the staff at heirlooms as well. The staff were so helpful when helping me find my dress.

  Dress of my dreams

  Bought my wedding dress here. And I have to say it was something I wasnt looking for but ended up being the dress of my dreams. Elena was amazing. She saw my picks, and told me to try on this dress. And sure enough, I saw myself getting married in it. Alterations team was also amazing! Highly recommend!

  Beyond happy!

  I chose to go to Heirlooms Bridal Shoppe for my wedding dress and got the experience that every bride dreams of! Staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly when working with clients making a very fun experience for the bride and her girls. In addition to the amazing service, I had my dress altered here, and was blown away with the results. I was beyond happy with my wedding gown, and would highly recommend this shop to any bride to be.

  Prom Dress Experience

  I was with my daughter while she tried on prom dresses. It’s one of the experiences I was looking forward to sharing with my lovely daughter. We came to this beautiful store and was ignored by the young salesclerk. It was ok we found another to help us who gave us a fitting room and was nice and helpful. My daughter tried on 3 nice gowns priced in the $400 range which is alot for me. As she came out in her third dress looking stunning and grown up looking in the mirror the younger clerk told her to move as she had a bride coming in. I wanted to tell her that this day is special too and her bride wasn’t there yet and maybe one day we would be buying a wedding dress there but my daughter just said please so I said nothing and we left. Your store is lovely your associate not so much.

  Great Experience

  I bought my wedding dress last year from Heirlooms and I had such a great experience. I fell in love with a wedding dress off pinterest and went on a hunt to find it and Heirlooms just so happened to have it. When i was greeted to my first appointment I told the lady exactly what dress I was there for and she found it for me. I did try on other dresses but i knew nothing compared to the one I wanted which ended up being the dress. Seamstress was also very sweet and always commented how big my smile was every time I tried on my dress. Alterations were reasonably priced and were finished within 2 weeks.
