We ordered bridesmaids dresses for my July wedding and they came in around April. Sizes were all off but we figured alterations would just make them work. We went and picked them up 2 weeks before the wedding, and since my bridesmaids are scattered everywhere, finding time for them all to be there was impossible. The day before the wedding when they tried them on, all were to small (they were all way to big before) we had major uneccessary stress. Due to the fact they were terribly altered in the first place it was easy for a friend to take all of them apart without damaging the dresses. If you order from here, would not suggest altering and double check sizes ordered are actually close to the girls sizes.

I had found a dress I really liked at David's Bridal but wanted to shop locally. Went in and they had picked out 4 or 5 dresses that were similar to what I had shown them I was looking for. Tried the first one on and fell in love, tried the others on and they didn't compare. I left with the first one I tried on and it was perfect!

I chose to start my wedding dress shopping at Icing's simply for the fact that I have had nothing but great experiences with them in the past when looking for dresses for other events. The original intent of shopping was simply to go and get my feet wet, get used to the styles out there, see what looked good on me, that type of thing. Things started off well; however, I wasn't finding that what I thought I wanted. My feelings were sensed and I was then told, "I think I have the dress for you." The dress that was brought out was one that had not yet been put on the wracks and when it was brought out, I knew that was my dress. My eyes started watering when I saw it, I officially started crying when I put it on, and I knew I didn't want to try on anymore. I did for the sake of argument, but my mind always went back to THAT one. The experience, reassurance and local professionalism is what brought to Icing's in the beginning and it's also what sold me on the final product. I had the big city professionalism, but the family feel. I am so thankful to Icing's for everything they've done and how readily available they've made themselves to answer any of my other questions that have come up. I've always found myself going back, and I fully intend to continue.

Lynn botched my wedding dress, I had to take it to another seamstress to redo most of it. She kept it until I took it 3 days before I left for my wedding. She tried charging $300. My Fiancé got $200 back. She is not trustworthy and very unprofessional.

I had to redo my wedding photos because the original were taken so suddenly by a friend they looked terrible I wasn't even wearing a proper gown. But the staff at Icings were so amazing they made me feel special even after the wedding day had already passed lol. They were professional, courteous, and kind I've never had such an amazing experience with a company before! I would not only recommend them to friends and family but I will also be going back for any dress's I may need in the future 5 stars in my book thanks so much to the amazing staff and owner!

Loved my experience with the girls and it made me recommend it to my friend who will be getting her bridal gown there.... I can't wait to go in with my bridemaids to get their dresses should be as much funas I had and for my groom to get his suit.

When I went into the store I had no idea what kind of wedding dress I wanted but with the help of the icings staff they chose the dresses for me and I was in love with the very first dress. These ladies are not pushy, they treat you like you are the only one that matters that day and they tell you go home and think about it for a while. Well 3 days later I called the store and I went with the very first dress they picked for me! I would recommend all brides check out this store because you will be treated like royalty.

When I doubted the first dress I bought from them they helped me find my dream dress and helped offset the cost with the previous dress. They made me feel beautiful and they were all so genuine! Thankful I went to them

I was a young, naive, fool and ordered my dress online, after a nightmarish experience shopping in the city. I did not realize that I was not getting the actual designers dress, after all many shops have an online store. When my dress came in I was really Lucky as the dress itself was built well and only had a few minor flaws, the issues were mostly with the off shoulder lace bolero. Aside from the sleeves being to small to fit any woman with any amount of muscle; it was scraps of lace that didn't even match sewn onto a piece of fabric fashoned into the bolero. ANYWAYS my point is I had a disaster on my hands with this dress and Lynn didn't have to help me; but she did. After geting it back from Lynn it looked so gorgeous and it fit me like a glove!!!!!!! Thank you for saving the day Icings! You are a store full of Super Hero's!

Made me feel comfortable well trying on dresses, listened to my vision and helped my find my dream dress in 3 hours! I would recommend going there to any bride. Willing to work with brides to alter or add features to the dress
