I got my wedding dress from Mona Richie and it was the best decision I made. It was such a beautiful dress and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. They were so accommodating with me when I had to post-pone my wedding twice due to the pandemic. As well Sonia (one of the seamstress) made the process easy as I had to get some alterations done and we added sleeves to my strapless dress and it turned out amazing! My husband was speechless hen he saw me in my dress! Got a beautiful dress and a great price but the lady who helped me eith the dress said they would take it in at the bum and ethey couldn't do that. So my dress didn't look the same on me as it did with all the clips. Also, was told they would install something on the see-through mesh on my shoulder to stop it from being itchy, but that didn't happen either. Very friendly staff but make sure to check things before saying yes.

This was my third bridal shop visit in second one for that day. Vira helped me pull out a few gowns from the floor to try on. The first one was it for me, I found my perfect dress. Sonia, Mona and another lady helped with my fittings, and each time was a delight. My dress turned out awesome. It was comfortable and I was able to dance the night away.

I absolutely loved my wedding dress and Sonia made it even more beautiful than it already was. I had such a wonderful day and I cannot believe how easy it was to dance with the dress even with that long train!!! Sonia is a fairy godmother and Mona was so wonderful and helpful every step of the way.

The selection of dresses for brides is wonderful, but so is their selection for mothers as well. My mom bought her dress here and she absolutely loves it!

What an incredible bridal shop! I came here to find a wedding dress in March 2020- probably the most unpredictable time with COVID-19 lockdowns beginning to happen the following week. I was very hesitant on whether my wedding would even take place, or what the rest of the year would look like, and the hesitation of purchasing a dress for so much money was nerve-wracking to me. The ladies here, however, were absolutely fantastic, and made all my worries disappear throughout my shopping experience. I have never seen such a massive selection/stock of dresses in one place. You are sure to find what you are looking for, and for a very reasonable price too! Wonderful experience with the alterations as well. You guys are all fabulous and I would recommend you to anybody! My wife and I got married last Friday, we are an LBGT couple and found both of our dresses at MonaRichie Boutique. From the first time we went to the store we felt the warmth and inclusiveness from everyone at the store. Mona really worked with each of us to find the perfect dress that matched our styles and personality. Mona was patient and even helped when I wanted to try my dress on for the third time to make sure it was the one. We left the store that day with our perfect wedding dresses. Sonia was amazing to work with, she made sure our dresses fit us like a glove. Sonia was always willing to listen to what we wanted and was very accommodating. Our dresses were also very affordable compared to other dress shops. I would highly recommend Mona Richie to family and friends. Thank you for making our big day so special.

I'm naturally a bigger person and have never felt like it was something to be ashamed of until I walked into Mona Ritchie.

I went in there wide eyed as a engaged woman trying on a dress for the first time, the woman was beyond hurtful.

She asked when was my wedding date I said May 16th this year (this was Feb 9th) she replies "oh my goodness, don't you see and know your size? You'll never find something big enough to fit you by then but let's still go see if we can fit you into anything off the rack."

I'm not that big.....I'm a size 12/14.

She proceeds to make me try on a dress that I told her was way out of my price range and tells me numerous times "you see you're just too big...you won't find anything in your size"

She even points to my girlfriend who was there and asks if she's pregnant or fat.... she's pregnant.

Still trying to stay positive and have her not ruin it for me I still tried on 2 other dresses. I couldn't take it anymore after she made the comment to my friend and I said let's go.

Never in my life have I ever felt so discouraged and sad about myself. She literally made me question if I should even get a wedding dress. Thank God for the amazing friends that I have who encouraged me to keep trying on dresses and that the woman was bonkers.

So, after all that... unless you have the perfect body and a hefty budget for your dress, I do NOT reccomend this store.
