Was super friendly staff don’t think they are still open though

Found the perfect dress at a great price. Appointment to try on and fit dress was fun and professional. The measurements that were taken for the dress were spot on and I only needed to modify the dress length.

Such a supportive and great crew. Truly the easiest experience finding my dream dress. First stop and the only stop I needed. Thank you for allowing my crew to be a part of this moment and making them all feel so welcome and me feel so comfortable and confident for the first time in my life.

Going to buy my dress I was so nervous. Being not a “typical” bridal size I wasn’t sure anything was going to fit me and that I’d leave the store feeling horrible. Boy, was I wrong. McKenzie and the team at Novia Mia were so wonderful. Patient and kind they took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! So thankful for such an awesome experience and a beautiful dress!

I purchased my dress here in January 2019. I had been to 5 other bridal shops before this appointment, and was pretty frustrated with my experiences by that point. The boutique is lovely, nice and bright with ample private space and lots of natural light, despite being downstairs. Sandra was lovely, asking questions to try to get a sense of what I was looking for - I really wasn't sure what I wanted, which was probably part of the problem. She let my friends also pick out dresses they thought I'd like, but then wouldn't show them to me if she thought they wouldn't work or were out of budget.

I had narrowed it down to 2 dresses, and wanted to bring my mom back to make the final selection. Sandra came in early one day so that we could make the appointment work on a day that my mom and I were both available but could also get in on time to order within one of the deals that they were offering at the time. She was great with my mom, and was also really helpful in the size selection process (since my sizing was a little off).

Then, my cousin was visiting a few weeks later to help with planning and said she wished she could see my dress. We were in the area, so we popped in and they took a few minutes to pull my dress so that she could see it too, despite it being a busy Saturday.

I'd highly recommend them - they're friendly and professional, not pushy and very helpful. I had tried on 50 dresses by the time I found mine, and been to 5 different boutiques!

My experience here was perfect, the consultant Paulina was efficient and really knew how to pick dresses I loved! I showed her a couple photos and she came back with some amazing dresses, so much so that I got the dress that I tried on first that day! (I think I tried on about 8). I knew it the second I put it on! Would 100% recommend anyone to go here. Thank you Novia Mia and Paulina for helping me get the dress I’ve always dreamed of!

I am so sad you guys are closing your doors. It was truly amazing to get a dress from you. You are so professional and really know how to pick dresses! You managed to bring me the perfect dress based off of two criteria points. It was such a comfortable, relaxed and fun experience, with absolutely no pressure.
